Welcome to an archive of material set perpetually to grow. My name is Legion, and I am your illustrious host. On this blog you shall find links, many links, from all around the globe, detailing the abuses that feminism has brought to bear against men, all neatly categorised for your perusal.

This is intended for the use of MRAs and anti-feminists in writing their own articles or simply evidencing their claims. For instance, if you need a dozen examples of recent false rape accusations, just click on the 'false accusations' link down there, and the list will appear. Suicide rates in countries throughout the world
As you can see, from data lifted from the World Health Organisation in 1999, male suicides by far outweigh female suicides in almost every country in the world.

Sexual abuse by women of children and teens is a subject most parents and caregivers are not familiar with. Female sexual predators go unreported because of a lack of awareness by the public.
86% of the victims of female sexual predators aren't believed, so the crimes go unreported and don't get prosecuted.

The bodies of two of Veronique Courjault's babies were found in a freezer at her home in South Korea, where she had lived with her husband. She said she disposed the body of the first child by burning it in the fireplace of her home.

21/07/08 Hols Mum Charged With Baby Death
Police found the dead child in the room with sheets around its neck and covering its face. A coroner's report concluded the child had died of asphyxiation.

03/10/08 Mother Is Held After Boy's Death

The heartless mother ignored her terrified daughter's cries of 'Mummy, don't!' as she pinned her down and wrapped a rope around her neck, prosecutor Paul Scovi said.

A Warren County grand jury on Friday indicted Stacy Schuler of Springboro on 16 counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felony; and three misdemeanor counts of offenses involving underage persons.

08/02/11 Maryland teacher is charged with choking, punching first-graders

09/02/11 After 54 Years, Wis. Woman Charged In Baby's Death
The case is proceeding now because of James Klokow Jr. The 55-year-old went to police with stories of his mother regularly beating him, choking him and kicking him in the legs with steel-toed boots so often that he still has knee problems. He spoke of his mother breaking his arm and nose. He said she once forced him to stay in the basement for so long that he quenched his thirst by lapping water from the floor. He also described his mother covering the head of his mentally challenged younger brother with a bag and striking the wailing boy's toes one by one with a hammer.
But despite the physical torture, James Klokow told investigators, one of the worst pains he endured was his mother blaming him for his 7-month-old sister's death.

According to women’s groups, abusers like Malorie Crisp do not exist, because domestic violence is all about perpetuating the patriarchy. Therefore, when a woman assaults a member of “the patriarchy”, it cannot possibly be domestic violence. Note how the article states that she was arrested for “aggravated battery,” whereas if it were a man arrested during a “domestic dispute” the police report would have indicated “domestic violence.” This is one method by which domestic violence rates are skewed to make it appear that women do not perpetrate domestic violence.

The same sorts of punishments were handed out to men back in those days - but this article focuses on women. Now, why is that?

Helen Mirren recently declared at the annual Women in Entertainment Awards in Hollywood: "With all due respect to you many brilliant and successful women in the room, really not too much has changed in the canon of Hollywood film-making that continues to worship at the altar of the 18 to 25-year-old male and his penis.

"Quite small, I always think."

And this highly original, extraordinarily witty, positively Wildean profundity, was greeted with whoops of joy and exultant cheers by Mirren's female audience, just as you might expect. For after 40 years of feminism, we must conclude that women's gatherings will always be women's gatherings. Even a Junior Cert teenage-anthropologist reading a gender-neutral account of the verbal interaction between a group of individuals will know their sex by the things they say and do.

What do women say and do? Well, they certainly complain. They complain to one another about their breasts and their bums and their hips and their latest diet and their hair colour. When they complain about their lives, it is usually called feminist-politics.

At the cheaper end of the she-spectrum, where Helen Mirren clearly belongs, the girls will behave like the participants at a downmarket Anne Summers party after the third Bacardi and Coke, and they'll start saying how horrible men are, and then they'll cheer themselves up by making jokes about penis size, and then they'll whoop and shriek, and say how wonderful it is being a woman. Followed by more gales of laughter, and tears, and consoling hugs, and yes, it really is so meaningful and rewarding being a woman . . .

Of course it is. Which is why females behave differently from males. A young woman visiting an old girlfriend will usually arrive with a little present and when it's bedtime, they'll both don T-shirts and knickers and get into bed, and chat and read magazines like 'OK' and 'VIP' and 'Hello', and swap showbiz gossip. Groups of women in a restaurant (ask any waitress) will spend hours dividing the bill -- "I had the tiramasu, which cost €2.01748, but you have the profiterole, which cost €2.11783" -- and then leave a tip of three farthings and a peseta one of them found in her handbag. And talking of handbags . . .

Science has not yet discovered what women who meet in supermarkets talk about. That is perhaps the penultimate great secret of the universe (just before the Great Secret of Fatima, also female). This conundrum is re-enacted whenever two female acquaintances meet at the intersection of the busiest aisles, and placing their trolleys like a roadblock on the Unter den Linden in Berlin, circa 1945, they enter into a deeply intense conversation for no less than two hours.

What does such fervid talkativeness portend? A moonshot? New revelations about dark matter? The origin of the universe? No one knows. No one will ever know: even the participants will forget, because at the end of their conversation, if they were to embark upon another circuit of the supermarket and then were to bump into one another again, they would instantly start another mystery immersion in the dark arts of the female conversation.

Helen Mirren bemoaned the lack of film parts for women in their fifties. And what recent film parts have come the way of Richard Dreyfuss and Mark Hamill and William Hurt and other male stars of the 1970s and 1980s? Not that I'm trying to analyse Hollywood for Helen Mirren. I don't need to. The clue is in the location of Hollywood: it's in the city of LO$ AN$E$E$. Film studios are not organised around some gender agenda. They follow the buck, and that in turn is generated by the marketplace.

Whoever delivers a handsome return on an investment gets to collar the dollar, regardless of orientation, sex, softness, usurial skills, car-bumper, Magimix, repairer, or Fine Gael leada: bender, gender, tender, lender, fender, blender, mender or Ender.

But Helen Mirren's tiny-penis jibe does give us a hint why women, as a group, have still not succeeded in acquiring serious power. Her audience of "very brilliant female colleagues" (her words) could have jeered and hissed her tired and pathetic remarks about men's body parts. They could have shouted out: "Hey, Helen, what would you say of any male actor who publicly made jokes about women's vulvas?"

But instead, like teenagers, they whooped and cheered and laughed, and later probably cried a little too, and picking up their handbags, they went off to the loo together, and checked their make-up in the mirror together (meanwhile, secretly compared their busts and butts) before returning to the she-gathering for more uplifting grievance-swapping and scrotum-knocking.

And that's where the she-problem lies: for this female obsession with victimhood exalts failure, and generates more excuses and yet more victims. Did Katherine Hepburn complain about poor parts, or did she continue to win good ones well into old age?

Most of the highest paid actors in Hollywood today are actresses -- Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz. Do you hear male actors of their age whingeing? The answer in tinseltown is the same as it is life. Don't complain: compete.

This is another example of how women's groups put huge pressure on TV networks to ensure that they are not portrayed in a bad light; even in fiction - which is why, for example, programs rarely portray women as false accusers.

If men are accused by women, even in fiction, the plot must show these men to be guilty - or various women's groups will be up in arms.

Somewhere around 2002, I actually posted up a piece from a producer/writer working in Hollywood who stated that during the previous decade any piece of fiction that portrayed women as 'bad' was thrown into the rubbish bin as it had no chance of being turned into a film.

What women have learned over the past few decades is that they can get anything that they want simply by using intimidation and harassment as methods of persuasion.

And they collude together to do this.

Indeed, for the past three decades the media and the advertising industries have been positively inundated with millions of women like the above who have pelted them with hostility whenever they have dared to produce any material which has been deemed by them to be inconsistent with the view that all women are victims and that all men abuse them in some way.

And, as a result, these industries retreated en masse from saying or doing anything that might offend women.

And most of you would not believe just how trivial and inoffensive can any material be before it ignites the menstrual wrath of these permanently-enraged wimmin.

For example, I recall one journalist - about 4 years ago - telling me that his health article in a national UK Sunday newspaper was nearly pulled because it dared to mention the fact that there was more money being spent on women's health than on men's health.

Apparently, this fact might have offended women readers and/or "made them feel vulnerable" - the latter being a tactic that is used time and time again to shame people out of airing perfectly legitimate views, facts and ideas; particularly should these reveal any form of discrimination against men or any form of disadvantage being experienced by men.

Women, apparently, would feel more vulnerable if they knew that men were finding out the truth about the way in which they were being horribly discriminated against. And, apparently, some women would feel 'guilty' about their better situation.

Poor dears!

And one barrister who, some three years ago, wrote a fairly innocuous piece in the Times suggesting that the legal system was, in some areas, biased against men dared not even give his name.

The Times actually published the article but had to identify the author as a leading barrister who preferred not to divulge who he was.

Even those who produce fiction - e.g. TV soap operas - are heavily lobbied daily by vindictive wimmin's groups to ensure that men are always portrayed in a worse negative light than are women.

And most of you would also be amazed to discover just how deep and widespread is the 'conspiracy' to hide the fact that most victims - of just about anything - are, in fact, men, rather than women.

The BBC, for example, bends over backwards to hide the sex of 'victims' whenever these are men, but it highlights and headlines their sex to an almost embarrassing degree whenever these are women.

Men dying from prostate cancer become 'patients', 'sufferers', 'people', 'hospital inmates', 'those afflicted with the disease'.

Women dying from breast cancer become 'women', 'women' and 'women'.

When men are killed in Iraq they are 'Iraqis', ' Americans', 'insurgents', 'terrorists', 'troops', 'soldiers', 'recruits', 'combatants', 'fighters'', 'pilots', 'crew', 'the enemy', the 'allies'.

When women are killed in Iraq they are 'women', 'women' and 'women'.

The feminist-inspired aim behind this deceptive and somewhat despicable ploy is to ensure that 'men' are rarely portrayed as deserving in any way and that women are continually portrayed as having been short-changed by them in one way or other - mostly by portraying them as the perpetual victims of men.

And yet, in truth, western women are the most pampered and over-indulged organisms on the planet.

Despite this, the mainstream media have not even been able for a very long time now to point out freely that men (or boys) were at a disadvantage in any area of life without being positively inundated with hostility from throngs of aggressive women who have been goaded by their feminist overlords to engage in various forms of histrionics; via writing letters, telephoning, faxing, demonstrating, and so on.

In the past few years this stranglehold over the media has lessened in force slightly thanks to the internet but millions of women remain committed to furthering their agenda through the only means that they know about; nastiness, hostility, intimidation, aggression and emotional blackmail.

China has shut down more than 60,000 pornographic websites this year and arrested 5,000 people as it steps up a campaign against obscene material.

Beijing has run a highly publicised drive against lewd online content which it claims is overwhelming the country's internet and mobile phones and threatening the emotional health of children.

Critics have accused the Chinese government of deepening the crackdown, launched last December, and said censorship had blocked many sites with politically sensitive or even user-generated content.

Wang Chen, head of the State Council Information Office, said the offensive was vital.

'Our campaign has been a great success and this has not been achieved easily,' he said.

'We have made the internet environment much cleaner than before as there was a lot of pornography available.

'We have changed this situation and this has been well received by many sectors across society.

'But our campaign has not come to a stop. This will be a long battle.

'As long as there are people with bad motives who want to spread violent or pornographic information, we will have to continue our campaign to resolutely crack down on the spread of such information.'

Of the 4,965 suspects arrested, more than 1,300 received 'criminal punishment' - with 58 jailed for five years or more, Mr Wang said.

The government checked the content of 1.79million websites and deleted 350million pornographic and lewd articles, pictures and video footage.

With an estimated 450million internet users - more than a third of the country's population - China has a bigger online population than any other country.

An online divorce calculator has been set up by a government body to help people work out how much they would gain by leaving their spouse.

It uses information about income, outgoings, assets and children to establish the financial benefit to each party.

Critics say the tool goes against the sanctity of marriage and will encourage couples to split up rather than try to resolve their differences.

It will also embarrass David Cameron, who has repeatedly voiced his support for marriage.

Supporters claim the calculator will help couples in loveless marriages reduce the cost of hiring lawyers while deciding their futures.

The calculator, which is used anonymously, is also aimed at cohabiting couples or those in civil partnerships.

It can be accessed on the website of the Consumer Financial Education Body, which was established earlier this year by the Financial Services Authority.

Users do not have to include their partner’s financial details but are warned failure to do so means the calculator will ‘not be able to compare your situations or consider how you might split all that you have’. Recommended information on income includes pay, benefits, pension details and bank interest.

Details on outgoings include mortgage payments, utility bills, credit card payments, life assurance premiums, children’s pocket money and their hobbies.

Once all the details have been declared, the user can operate a sliding scale to see how much they would receive depending on the proportion of assets they demand. There is also an option to recommend the service to a friend by emailing them the website address.

Dr David Green, of the Civitas think-tank, said: ‘It disregards the sanctity of marriage. To reduce it to monetary consequences, as if that is the predominant concern, is pretty deadly to any civilisation.

‘If you draw up a list of things that are important when weighing up whether or not to get divorced, you wouldn’t start with the financial consequences – you would start with your children.’ Stephen Green, of the pressure group Christian Voice, said: ‘I am worried that schemes like this reinforce the idea that divorce is just a natural progression from marriage.

‘It suggests that divorce is socially acceptable and that’s worrying because financial calculations don’t take into account the emotional cost to children and parents.’

Girl gangs might sound like a modern British problem, but new research has revealed an all-female crime syndicate had a firm and pitiless grip on London as far back as the 18th century.

Forgotten stashes of photographs, records and letters have revealed that although the capital was carved into different fiefdoms by various male villains, one all-female gang ruled part of the gangland underworld for almost two centuries.

"Many a husband lounged at home while his missus was out at work, and many an old lag was propped up by a tireless shoplifting spouse. Some of these terrors were as tough as the men they worked for and protected," said Brian McDonald, who uncovered details of the criminals when researching for his new book, Gangs of London.

The all-female Forty Elephants – or Forty Thieves – worked alongside the notorious Elephant and Castle gang, a sprawling, powerful army of all-male smash-and-grab artists, burglars, receivers, hard men and crafty villains operating across south London. The Forty Elephants, in contrast, was a tightly run, neatly organised collection of cells, whose operations extended across London and into other cities.

Presided over by a formidable "queen", the Forty Elephants were responsible for the largest shoplifting operation ever seen in Britain between the 1870s and 1950s. The gang was first mentioned in newspapers in 1873, but police records suggest it had existed since the late 1700s.

Dressed in specially tailored coats, cummerbunds, muffs, skirts, bloomers and hats sewn with hidden pockets, they mounted raids on London's West End shops, where they plundered goods worth thousands of pounds.

"The girls benefited from prudish attitudes of the time by taking shelter behind the privacy afforded to women in large stores," said McDonald.

They became so well known in London that panic erupted when they were seen near high-class shops. The gang's response was to branch out, expanding their enterprise to country and seaside towns.

In the 20th century, they used high-powered cars to outrun the police. If they were stopped, they were found to be clean: the goods were spirited away to cars driven by male members of the team. When working other towns, they would use trains, depositing empty suitcases at railway stations which they filled with booty for the return trip.

Some of the gang's crimes, however, were opportunistic: Maggie Hughes, a shoplifter with convictions going back to the age of 14, was jailed for three years in 1923 after running out of a jeweller's shop with a tray of 34 diamond rings – straight into the arms of a policeman.

The women had many sidelines, including using false references to obtain work as housemaids, before ransacking employers' homes. Blackmail was another favourite tactic: many men were forced to pay substantial sums after being seduced.

"On the plus side, they threw the liveliest of parties and spent lavishly at pubs, clubs and restaurants," said McDonald. "Their lifestyles were in pursuit of those of glamorous movie stars, combined with the decadent living of 1920s aristocratic flapper society. They read of the outrageous behaviour of rich, bright young things and wanted to emulate them.

The women's stories were discovered by McDonald scoured official birth and death records, trawled through marriage indexes, local newspaper reports and out-of-print books in the British Library archives to uncover their stories.

"Hidden in Britain's underworld are characters and little known gangsters who have received only fleeting comments on their careers," he said. "Far from being side men and women, some of these villains – especially the women – deserved starring roles."

Born in 1896 in Southwark, Annie Diamond became queen of the gang when she was 20. She ruled with military precision, dividing the gang into cells to ransack a single shop or raid a series of shops across the city simultaneously. To the police, she was "the cleverest of thieves" and called Diamond Annie, because she had a "punch to beware of", said McDonald, thanks to fists studded with diamond rings.

The women guarded their territory jealously, demanding a percentage of takings from others caught stealing from shops they considered to be on their turf. Pitiless to those who tried to resist them, they arranged beatings and even kidnappings until money was paid.

The women were playing a risky game. If caught, they could be sentenced to between three and 12 months' hard labour, or three years in prison. But despite that, the gang members were long-timers: Ada Wellman, convicted of shoplifting from the Army and Navy stores in Victoria in 1921, was still an active member of the gang 18 years later, when she was jailed for four months for another crime.

The women rarely wore what they stole, McDonald said; they preferred to dress in legitimate high fashion. Stolen goods were disposed of through a chain of fences in south and north London. Small-value items went to street market traders, jewellery to pawnbrokers, and clothes to shops that were willing to replace labels and remodel designs.

They were clever: when the police raided the house of Ada McDonald in Stead Street, Walworth in 1910, they were foxed by McDonald, a suspected fence for five notorious gangs, who produced ledgers to prove rooms full of stock had been legitimately purchased.Police were also defeated by Jane Durrell, also suspected of being a receiver of stolen goodsanother fence. After numerous failed police investigations, Durrell and her common-law husband, Jim Bullock, were taken to court in 1911 charged with receiving shoplifted goods from a slew of Wwest London shops.

Although three female members of the gang pleaded guilty to their crime and were given prison sentences, the couple lived to fight another day after a jury decided it couldn'tcould not be proved that Durrell and Bullock knew the goods, valued at hundreds of pounds, had been stolen.

Of course sex work should be decriminalised. If one party offers to exchange sex for the money of a second party, and these two parties reach their agreement voluntarily, then why on earth does a third party - be it the state or public morality - believe it has the right to intervene in this transaction?

While prostitution is not illegal per se in the United Kingdom, both brothels and street prostitution are, leaving prostitutes with nowhere to go. I say we liberate these women!

This is the ultimate red meat for the manosphere, including an aging feminist/post-marital spinster who’s social life revolves around her 17 cats. Liz hams it up in the photo for the column, posing with her cat and in rags with massive holes exposing both knees:

Somehow along the way she forgot that she dedicated her life to not only making herself an aging spinster, but all of those other millions of women she mentions as well. As a former editor of British Marie Clare, author, and columnist she has been diligently poisoning the very well she now complains is not fit to drink from.

In August of 2009, her book The Exmoor Files: How I Lost A Husband And Found Rural Bliss was published. Then in December she published this piece, including:

I moved to the countryside, where I thought there might be more of a community (in London, I never did find out the name of the girl who lived next door).
I was wrong, as it turned out, and have found I can go from one week to the next without speaking to a soul.

Like Sandra Tsing Loh and the author of Marry Him, her life’s epiphany reads more like just another washed up attention whore desperately trying to turn the spotlight back on herself, if only for a brief moment. Following her December 2009 column, she revised the book and retitled the new edition: The Exmoor Files: How I Lost A Husband And Nearly Found Rural Bliss. Of course, before that she wrote Liz Jones’s Diary: How One Single Girl Got Married (2005). In between, she wrote regular columns complaining about her husband.

Essentially, Liz Jones is a rationalising loser who has failed at life and, predictably, blames men. All men. Not just the tiny proportion of men she has personally known.

Keep this in mind when reading this thinly veiled Letter to Santa of an article she posted just before Christmas. In the title she whines,

Why can't men get gifts right?

Given that, by her own admission, nobody wants Liz Jones around at Christmas - not even her own family, it seems - I was surprised to hear that she receives gifts from men at all. But that's when it hit me. She doesn't. And there is the motivation for penning what follows.

LIZ JONES presents her ultimate gift guide for men, should they not want to be divorced come the New Year...

Right. Because divorce is now an option whenever a woman feels remotely upset or gets bought a rubbish gift. Don't try and work out the problems, just sign the papers. Who made it this way? The same feminists who are now wondering why men don't want to marry them.

The cognitive dissonance is just appalling. As a divorcee who can't land a man, Liz Jones just wants to drag everyone else down into her feminist hell of loneliness.

So, Liz Jones wanders around a mall, complaining that her feet hurt and that work is hard. She accosts people and cherry picks the results, and when men don't come out looking bad enough, just makes the rest of it up. She concludes that men are useless - teehee! - and that women are martyrs. Then she canvasses for opinions among her friends (most likely invisible).

I asked my friends whether the men in their lives gave them good gifts.

‘I once asked for a Mulberry handbag and got a pair of iPod speakers,’ one friend told me. ‘Disappointed was not the word.’

My friend Emily emailed me: ‘The first year we were married, my husband gave me jewellery; the second, he gave me a set of saucepans.’

Says it all.

Perhaps these women would prefer to receive nothing at all.

This might all sound ungrateful and slightly spoilt. Shouldn’t love and companionship be enough? Isn’t it the thought that counts?

Well, no, it’s not the thought. We want to be rewarded for 12 months of putting up with your strange cabbagey smells and habits.

No comment. There's just nothing to say in response to this nastiness.

What follows is an enormous list of Dos and Don'ts which reminds me of every woman's dating ad I've had the misfortune of seeing - you know, those five-hundred item lists of criteria which you must be before contacting Her Royal Highness, ensuring that she shall remain forever single.

The same principle applies here. If any woman I know spoke to me in this tone, or provided me such a list of demands, she would get precisely nothing. Or maybe a large, wrapped, empty box to symbolise the superficiality of her exterior and the emptiness of her soul.

I assume this has already happened to Liz, who, as we know, spends Christmas alone with her cats and nary a visitor nor a phone call. Don't be fooled into thinking she based this article on her experiences; she based it on a lingering fantasy that some man, somewhere, might one day buy her a present.

The two Indian men who drowned near Penguin Island were trying to save their wives by holding them up to keep their heads above the treacherous surf when they died, according to a friend.

Ravi Relangi said the two couples - Pavan Ganasala and his wife Aruna, and Praveen Kumar Shiva and his wife Madhavi, all aged in their 30s - had followed other people who were crossing the 800-metre sandbar that linked the island to the mainland near Rockingham.

"The water was knee-high but it was so windy they can't see the way. They can't see where it is (the sandbar) and slowly gone into the deep," he said.

"They tried to save their wives by pushing them up and they drowned."

He said neither man could swim very well and there were "no warning signs" that properly told them about the dangers.

She was identified using security camera footage and is being hunted by police.

The woman allegedly severed the baby boy's umbilical cord with her bare hands and strangled him with a cloth before dumping him.

The infant was discovered when a woman passenger informed one of the airport's cleaners about a pool of blood in the bathroom.

Traces of blood led to the bin where the baby was found, soaked in blood, tied up with his umbilical cord in a tightly wrapped plastic bag.

The boy was still gasping for breath but a rescue team and volunteers could not revive him.

'At around 3.35am I went to the toilet to clean up the blood around a toilet bowl,' the cleaner told the Khaleej Times newspaper.

'After that I decided to empty the waste bin which was covered with paper rolls.

'When I lifted it I found it to be a little heavier, so I got curious and started removing the tissue papers.

NSPCC Threatens Music Teachers

Fury of music teachers over 'no touching' diktat

Looks like the NSPCC are at it again, ostensibly protecting children by persecuting innocent adults. Well, they have to do something to keep all that lovely public money pouring in.

Music teachers have been told to avoid physical contact with pupils because of fears of accusations of paedophilia.

The Musicians’ Union has released a video, backed by the NSPCC, calling on members not to touch students.

It said the policy would protect tutors, who face immediate suspension if an accusation of inappropriate touching is made and often have their careers destroyed even if they are found to be innocent.

But teachers have branded the film a ‘hysterical overreaction’ and say it is likely only to heighten children’s anxiety about paedophilia.

They point out that touching pupils is often the only way to straighten backs, reposition hands or correct other common errors made by developing musicians.

The film, Keeping Children Safe In Music, shows a sinister-looking music teacher helping a boy to play the violin. As the teacher intervenes to correct his play by putting his hand on his shoulder and his fingers in the correct place on the strings, the youngster looks concerned.

A voiceover says: ‘There are times when you need to demonstrate particular techniques.

‘In the past, this has been done by touching students, but this can make them feel uncomfortable, and can leave teachers open to accusations of inappropriate behaviour.

‘It isn’t necessary to touch children in order to demonstrate: there’s always a better way.’

The scene is then replayed, with the teacher demonstrating on his own violin rather than touching the boy.

The film, which is also posted on YouTube, describes itself as an ‘online resource allowing anyone teaching music to children to gain a better understanding of their child protection responsibilities and avoid situations that could lead to accusations of misconduct’.

Music teachers writing on the website of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, which also backed the film, called it ‘madness’.

One wrote: ‘It’s much better to steer a child into position than spend ten minutes trying to get them [there] without touching them. It’s also far from protecting children. It’s bringing them up to think that there is something dirty about touch and to be suspicious.’

A mother who teaches piano wrote: ‘If a child slouches while playing, a small prod in the small of their back will make them sit up without disrupting the flow.

‘Child protection vital but we’ve lost sight of the wood for the trees.’

The head of a music school posted: ‘Those who have turned caring adults into teachers and relations scared stiff to touch a child are the ones who should be told “hands off”.’

Josie Appleton, of the Manifesto Club, which campaigns against over-regulation of everyday life, said: ‘This official video makes everyone paranoid about touch and the creepy tone makes out that all violin teachers are like paedophiles and presents all touching as lecherous.’

A Musicians’ Union spokesman said: ‘Having to be more creative and find alternatives to touching reinforces the learning process. We would be being irresponsible if we did not advise our members of the risks they are taking if they do make physical contact with children.’

An NSPCC spokesman said: ‘The NSPCC works with many organisations helping develop policies and guidelines. The aim is for these to be proportionate to the circumstances.’

Young men with no male role models in their lives ... struggle to keep their lives on track, a hard-hitting report warns today.

The Prince’s Trust youth index, the largest survey of its kind, found that young people without a positive figure of the same gender are 67 per cent more likely to be unemployed than their counterparts.

They are also significantly more likely to stay unemployed for longer than their peers, the report suggests.

It found that young men with no male role model are 50 per cent more likely to abuse drugs ...

Young people who have no positive figure of the same gender are also statistically much more likely to feel suicidal than those who do ...

Nearly one in five young men with no father figure or positive male influence said they used illegal drugs, compared to one in ten with a male role model ...

Young men with no male role model to look up to were twice as likely to turn or consider turning to crime as a result of being unemployed.

The report, which was based on interviews with 2,170 16 to 25-year-olds, revealed that one in three young men and almost a quarter of young women have no positive figure to look up to. It found that this was likely to impact significantly on their mental well-being and their outlook on life.

One in four young people say they lack a sense of identity.

However, this increases to more than one in three for young men without a positive male influence.

These young men are also three times more likely to feel down or depressed all of the time and significantly more likely to admit that they cannot remember the last time they felt proud.

They are also significantly less likely to feel happy and confident than those with male role models, according to the figures.

The Prince’s Trust report, which was carried out by YouGov, suggests young people without male role models are more than twice as likely to lack a sense of belonging.

Mother of two, 26, is jailed after being caught naked in bed with 14-year-old schoolboy lover

This article does not mention the word 'rape,' of course; the victim of statutory rape, in this instance, is male, and the perpetrator is female, so he is referred to as her 'lover' rather than her 'victim.'

Of course, when the sexes are reversed, anybody suggesting that the 14-year-old female victim of a male teacher was his 'lover' is liable to be lynched by the pedohysterical mob.

A mother-of-two caught naked in bed with a 14-year-old schoolboy who bragged about the affair on Facebook has been jailed.

Susanne Divers, 26, befriended the boy after meeting him at a party and later began an affair that lasted more than a month.

He was so smitten he boasted on the website: ‘I’ve got the best girl in the world.’

Divers was warned off by police but continued to see him. She was discovered in bed with him by her fiance, who had returned home from work early.

She pleaded guilty to eight counts of sexual activity with a child between December 28, 2009, and February 2 this year. Sentencing her to three years in jail, Judge John Milmo QC told her she cheated on her fiance in a ‘flagrant manner’.

He said: ‘If ever there was a time to stop it was when the police warned you to stay away.

‘Your partner came home and found you both naked. You betrayed your partner in a quite flagrant manner. He’s written to the court and appears to have forgiven you.’

Divers was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for life and banned from working with children.

Earlier, Leicester Crown Court heard that Divers was dared to kiss the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, during the party where they met.

Paul Prior, prosecuting, said: ‘The defendant described this incident as “more than a peck on the cheek”.’

They soon began swapping saucy text messages and naked pictures of each other.

The boy would play truant from school to meet Divers at her home in Melton, Leicestershire. She tried to end the affair at one point but he was so heartbroken he tried to hang himself and they started seeing each other again.

Mr Prior said: ‘On January 22, the boy visited the defendant’s partner and showed him incriminating texts and told him they’d had sex on seven occasions.

‘She said it was lies and that she never wanted to see the boy again. He then went home and attempted to take his own life.’

It was after the suicide attempt that the police warned Divers about the relationship, but they were unable to act as the boy refused to make a formal complaint.

The pair continued to see each other and arranged meetings around her partner’s shifts, Mr Prior said.

He added: ‘On February 2 Divers’ partner was unwell and came home early.

‘He heard noises upstairs and found the bedroom door locked. He barged the door open... both parties were naked.

‘The boy got up and ran away and was seen leaving the house naked. He rang 999.

‘The defendant was assaulted [slapped] by her partner, for which he was cautioned by police.’

The boy then made a formal complaint to police. Divers, who was engaged to her partner of three years, was bailed but sent the boy a love letter on February 27 saying she was ‘engaged’ to him instead.

Barbara McDonnell, mitigating, said Divers had lost the care of her two sons, aged six and eight, from a former relationship.

She said: ‘It’s very unusual to find a female defendant facing charges of sexual activity.

‘She takes full responsibility for her actions and makes no attempt to place the blame on him.’

Divers sobbed as she was jailed. A sex offences prevention order states she cannot have unsupervised contact with any male under 16.

Tory Councillor Attacks Domestic Violence Policy as a 'War on Men'

Domestic violence policy is a 'war on men' claims Tory

A TORY councillor has vowed not to campaign for his party until it reverses a policy designed to combat domestic violence.
Portsmouth City Councillor James Williams (pictured) announced he will not work for the Tories outside his own Nelson ward unless it withdraws the new 'Go' orders.

The orders give senior police officers on-the-spot rights to remove men suspected of committing acts of domestic abuse from their homes for 48 hours. Courts can then extend that to two weeks.

The policy was designed by the last Labour government, but is now being piloted in three areas of the UK by Home Secretary Theresa May. There is no equivalent policy aimed at women. Cllr Williams says the orders challenge freedom and are part of a feminist war on men.

'As an elected Conservative councillor, I am ashamed Theresa May has chosen to adopt totalitarian methods in the ongoing war against men by the feminist movement,' he said.

'I shall not take part in any election campaign for the Conservatives outside my own ward until this vile sexist legislation is removed.'

One shopper wrote: 'As a normal, healthy woman with a healthy body type. How can I possibly imagine what this dress would look like on me when it is shown on an emaciated frame?'

If Allie is really so emaciated and (as is implied) unattractive, why all the foaming jealousy and hatred?

And come on, we all know what it means when women describe themselves as having 'a healthy body' ...

Girls play with dolls because they’re programmed to, not because of any sexual stereotyping, new research suggests.

Young chimps in the wild play play boy and girl games, much like their human counterparts, scientists found.

Although both male and female chimpanzees play with sticks, girl chimps treat sticks like dolls copying their mothers as they care for infants.

The findings suggest girls play more with dolls than boys not because of sex-stereotyped socialization but because of ‘biological predilections.’

Richard Wrangham of Harvard University said: ‘This is the first evidence of an animal species in the wild in which object play differs between males and females.’

Earlier studies of captive monkeys had also suggested a biological influence on toy choice.

When juvenile monkeys are offered sex-stereotyped human toys, females gravitate toward dolls, whereas males are more apt to play with ‘boys’ toys’ such as trucks.

Average UK male weight up 16lb in 15 years, study finds

The average British man was more than a stone heavier in 2000 than he was in 1986, an Oxford University study found.

Scientists put the average weight rise of 7.7kg (16.9lb) down to men eating more calories and taking less physical exercise than 15 years earlier.

The British Heart Foundation research in the British Journal of Nutrition analysed changes in food consumption and body weight between 1986 and 2000.

Women's average weight gain over the period was 5.4kg (11.9lb).

... Research shows that larger men are at greater risk of heart disease and the number of overweight men has been increasing over the past 20 years.

... The British Heart Foundation said the research suggested "a ticking time bomb for male health" and stresses the importance of regular exercise and a balanced diet.

And still, women get the lion's share of collectivised healthcare funding.

In other words, men are forced to pay to save women, when they would otherwise be paying to save themselves.

Newport fathers campaigner on explosives trial

A campaigning father planned to use bullets and explosives to shut down his home city, a court has heard.

Father-of-three Matthew Starmore, of Newport, was found with smokeless gunpowder, ammunition rounds and bullet heads when police raided his house.

Mr Starmore, branch secretary for New Fathers 4 Justice, had a list of targets in his diary, Cardiff Crown Court heard.

He denies possessing explosives, ammunition and handling stolen goods.

The court heard that Mr Starmore, 31, had promised "The most hard-hitting events since World War Two" for Newport.

Prosecutor Roger Griffiths said a diary entry read: "This will be the most dramatic, climatic and hard-hitting events since World War Two.

"This is just the start of a nationwide campaign."

Mr Griffiths said Mr Starmore's diary had a "to-do" list of targets that included sites key to the city's infrastructure.

'Hypothetical'

Mr Griffiths said: "He wanted to shut down the city and pull in police and emergency services from far and wide.

"Starmore wanted to escalate the activities of Fathers for Justice by using the bullets.

"He had these items and he was going to use them to carry out some kind of publicity for Fathers For Justice."

Mr Starmore told police he and his housemate had found the items in a lane and taken them so they were not picked up by children.

He told police the entries in his diary were not written by him and that they were "hypothetical" thoughts.

The trial continues.

Matthew Starmore cleared of all charges

A Cardiff Crown Court jury has cleared a campaigning father of all charges relating to possessing gunpowder and bullets.

Matthew Starmore, 31, of Newport, said he knew the materials were in the house but denied they were his.

Mr Starmore, ex-branch secretary of New Fathers 4 Justice, said he was shown the items by another man, David Hodge, who lived in the shared property.

Hodge had already pleaded guilty to possessing the material.

The court previously heard that police searched the house in Newport in October last year and discovered bottles of gunpowder, 24 rounds of ammunition and 108 bullet heads.

The jury was told that when police arrived, Mr Starmore asked if they had come about the bullets.

He said he had been shown the items by Hodge and had advised him to go to the police.

The police had not been contacted by Hodge and officers discovered the gunpowder and bullets when searching the house for another reason.

Mr Starmore was cleared of all charges: Possessing an explosive substance with intent to endanger life or property, two counts of possessing prohibited ammunition and one count of handling stolen goods.

Net neutrality: internet 'rules' get go ahead in the US for first time

The new rules also prevent providers from blocking lawful content but still let them ration access to their networks.

The Federal Communications Commission approved the "Open Internet" order after FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski's plan got the support of fellow Democrats Michael Copps and Mignon Clyburn.

The rules aim to strike a balance between the interests of Web service providers, content companies and consumers, but some industry analysts think a court challenge is still likely.

At issue is whether regulators need to guarantee that all stakeholders continue to have reasonable access to the Internet, a principle often called "net neutrality," or whether the Internet is best left to flourish unregulated.

The two Republican commissioners at the agency opposed the measure saying it was unnecessary and would stifle innovation. Robert McDowell and Meredith Attwell Baker told an FCC open meeting that they believed the rules would fail in court.

High-speed Internet providers like Comcast Corp and Verizon Communications can "reasonably" manage their networks under the rules and perhaps charge consumers based on levels of Internet usage.

The rules, to be somewhat looser for wireless Internet, could help cable companies in competition with plans by Microsoft Corp, Google and Amazon.com to deliver competing

UK Communications Minister Ed Vaizey will be watching closely after he expressed his preference for a tiered system earlier this year but then clarified that he did not think ISPs should be able to prioritise one provider's content over another.

He is currently under pressure from several internet heavyweights such as eBay and Skype to preserve net neutrality and enshrine them into law to maintain an "open internet".

Democrat senator Al Franken said last week that the vote would decide "the most important free speech issue of our time".

He said: "Imagine if Comcast customers couldn't watch Netflix, but were limited only to Comcast's video-on-demand service. Imagine if a cable news network could get its website to load faster on your computer than your favourite local political blog. Imagine if big corporations with their own agenda could decide who wins or loses online.

"The internet as we know it would cease to exist."

The new regulations are expected to be challenged in court.

Internet Porn Block Not Possible?

The latest assault on men's sexuality from the sexual trade union (feminism) is an end to net neutrality and an opting-in scheme for internet pornography, smuggled into government policy under the pretence that it's about protecting children.

Net neutrality should be recognised as a key issue for the Men's Rights Movement - without the total and anonymous freedom of speech that the internet provides, men would never have come together to air their grievances, being so stifled in real life by the pervasive and perverse influences of political correctness and woman-worship.

Any attack on net neutrality is an attack on men's ability to speak their minds about the injustices done to them safely - that is, without losing their jobs or being thrown in prison.

Feminists talk a load of nonsense about safe spaces; the truth is that the internet is men's safe space, and it is the only safe space we have.

Accordingly, this news should be met with great enthusiasm.

Internet porn block 'not possible' say ISPs

Government plans to block pornography "at source" are unlikely to prove effective, say ISPs.

The proposal to cut off access to pornographic material was floated by Culture Minister Ed Vaizey in an interview with the Sunday Times.

The government is talking to ISPs to set up a meeting at which the proposal will be discussed.

But, say experts, technical challenges mean any large scale filtering system is doomed to failure.

Legal issues

A spokesman for the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, confirmed Mr Vaizey's plan to talk to ISPs about setting up an age verification scheme to govern access to pornographic sites.

"This is a very serious matter," said Mr Vaizey. "I think it's very important that it's the ISPs that come up with solutions to protect children."

"I'm hoping they will get their acts together so we don't have to legislate, but we are keeping an eye on the situation and we will have a new communications bill in the next couple of years."

In response to the government proposal, Nicholas Lansman, secretary general of the Ispa industry body, said: "Ispa firmly believes that controls on children's access to the internet should be managed by parents and carers with the tools ISPs provide, rather than being imposed top-down."

Mr Lansman said its members provided parents with many different means of controlling what is accessible via the computers in their homes.

"Online safety is a priority issue for the internet industry and ISPA will be discussing the options available to protect children with Government," he said.

"ISPs currently block child abuse content which is illegal and widely regarded as abhorrent," said Mr Lansman. "Blocking lawful pornography content is less clear cut, will lead to the blocking of access to legitimate content and is only effective in preventing inadvertent access."

BT, the UK's largest ISP, said it would be "happy" to take part in any discussion of the issues, but added: "There are many legal, consumer rights and technical issues that would need to be considered before any new web blocking policy was developed."

Filter failure

"Unfortunately, It's technically not possible to completely block this stuff," said Trefor Davies, chief technology officer at ISP Timico.

He said the sheer volume of pornographic material online and the number of ways that people access it, via the web, file-sharing networks, news groups, discussion boards and the like, made the job impossible.

While some proponents of a national pornographic filtering scheme cite the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) as an example of how such a scheme might work, Mr Davies said it was not a good guide.

The IWF circulates a list to ISPs of sites found to be hosting illegal images of child sexual abuse.

However, said Mr Davies, the IWF draws up its list largely using information passed to it by the public. In addition it only tackles illegal content found on websites.

Such a system would not work if it was used to deal with millions of porn sites, chat rooms and bulletin boards, he said.

Experience with filtering systems, he said, shows that they are a very blunt tool that often blocks access to sites that could be useful.

"You end up with a system that's either hugely expensive and a losing battle because there are millions of these sites or it's just not effective," he said.

"The cost of putting these systems in place outweigh the benefits, to my mind," he said.

Mr Davies also feared that any wide-scale attempt to police pornographic content would soon be expanded to include pirated pop songs, films and TV shows.

"If we take this step it will not take very long to end up with an internet that's a walled garden of sites the governments is happy for you to see," he said.

'Child protection'

His comment was echoed by Jim Killock, chair of the Open Rights Group which campaigns on digital liberties issues.

"This is not about pornography, it is about generalised censorship through the back door," said Mr Killock.

"This is the wrong way to go," he said. "If the government controlled a web blacklist, you can bet that Wikileaks would be on it."

Miranda Suit, co-chair of Safer Media, which campaigns to make media safe for children, told the BBC that the pornography available on the internet was "qualitatively and quantitatively" different from any that has gone before.

Ms Suit cited a report compiled by the US conservative think tank The Witherspoon Institute which suggested that easy access to pornography was damaging some young people.

"Children are becoming addicted in their teens to internet pornography," she said. "They are being mentally damaged so they cannot engage in intimate relationships."

Safer Media backed the government call to block pornography "at source", said Ms Suit.

"What we are talking about is censorship to protect our children," she said.

Give it a rest, Ms Suit. The only thing you're trying to protect is your own feelings. The very same forces of female jealousy behind Prohibition, the criminalising of men who solicit prostitutes, and the forever-expanding legal definitions of rape are to be found once again behind the plans to end net neutrality. The most fundamental point of agreement between traditionalists and feminists is this - that male sexuality is something which must be restrained, bridled, controlled, or even (in the case of feminists) eradicated - and certainly never satisfied.

Imagine a scenario which starts with the ringing of the door bell, you answer and there stands a policeman. ‘May I come in?’ He says, seriously, and you allow him to enter with his colleague in tow. That could be the end of your life as you know it. Someone – a relative, an old flame, or even a stranger – has accused you of committing one of the most horrendous of crimes- rape-and says that it happened many years ago.

If you are guilty then I hope they lock you up and throw away the key. But what if you are not? What if you are actually the victim here and someone has made a false allegation against you? I’ll tell you what you will do – you will PANIC! The way the law deals with rape cases since the introduction of Sections 32 and 33 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 means the scales of justice have been tipped against you. Unless you can prove your innocence you WILL be convicted. The Prosecution don’t even have to try.

The laws of our land are supposed to be a framework of guiding lights that shine upon the innocent and leave the guilty in the dark. Yet since 1994, one by one these lights have been switched off and the innocent now stand in shadow, vulnerable to attack. This has been caused by successive governments driving through law after law, with the purpose of increasing convictions. Not even ensuring convictions of the guilty, just ensuring more and more innocent people are being wrongfully convicted and punished for crimes they never committed.

Yet the Home Office are well aware that there are innocent people rotting in our penal system, and are fairly clued up on why they are there. When the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act was introduced in 1996, its aim was to – ‘effectively bring about acquittal of the innocent and conviction of the guilty, whilst ensuring efficiency in focussing on key issues at trial and fairness towards all those affected’. This is the law that demands a statement from the defendant before any extra disclosures are made which might undermine the prosecution case. In reality this is the law that allows the prosecution to withhold or misplace any sensitive evidence that may damage their case.

After this law had been in force for a few years the Home Office commissioned a research study and found that 88% of barristers, 87% of defence solicitors, and 61% of judges were dissatisfied with the way it was operating. They stated that relevant information continues to exist in many locations without ever becoming part of a prosecution file (Naylor L.A. 2004).

Prior to 2004, the Home Office stated in its own bulletin that it was aware of 3000 wrongfully convicted people being put in prison every year, while allowing the guilty to walk free (Naylor L.A 2004). No, that is not a typo, it is 3000 real people, most with families, partners, and children. Tens of thousands of people affected by this injustice, and yet the government allows it to continue to make their conviction statistics look good.

Thousands of families are being ripped apart by this growing culture of compensation for false allegations, although in some cases the accuser is not always to blame for this. Your accuser could be the victim of malpractice by a psychotherapist, who can call themselves ‘qualified’ after only a 20 week correspondence course, and work in this field of therapy which has no regulations. In comparison a psychology degree will take years to acquire.

Psychotherapists, who often appear as expert witnesses, are sometimes the creators of false memories that surface during therapy. Chris French, a professor of psychology, wrote in The Guardian newspaper in March 2010 – ‘Because there is no ‘buried memory’ to recover, the search for repressed memories can itself lead to the mental construction of completely false scenarios. Indeed the claims upon which this therapeutic approach is based is not supported by any convincing scientific evidence. Yet the damage that can be done to patients and their families by such psychotherapists is well documented’.

In America in the 1990s, hundreds of ex patients sued their therapists on the grounds of malpractice, because they had implanted false memories of abuse and destroyed family relationships. Not all false allegations come via implanted memories; some are made purely as a way of revenge or even for financial gain. But until false allegations are proved to be false they are accepted as fact and allowed to be put forward as the only evidence necessary to gain a prosecution in a criminal trial. The extremely low level of proof required in cases of a sexual nature, in contrast with all other offences, is surely questionable. Why aren’t all crimes subject to the same level of proof?

As many high profile people, like football and showbiz types, seem able to prove that any allegations made against them are false, is down to the fact that they can afford to pay for a decent legal team. But those who rely on a state funded defence team are unable to do the same. This proves that there are two different levels of justice – one for the rich and another for the poor.

The legal profession are doing nothing to fight this injustice, and all the small groups pushing for change seem to be following personal agendas. What is needed is for all of these groups and professionals to join forces, which might raise a shout so loud that the government realise that mistakes in our legislation must be remedied now! Until then 60 more people every week will be wrongfully imprisoned, some of them for historic offences that never happened.

Finally, if you find yourself to be one of the lucky innocents who can prove your innocence before charges are brought against you then you may think that would be the end of the matter? WRONG! If anyone requests a CRB check on you it will show that you were arrested for ‘an offence’ but that there was ‘insufficient evidence’, so ‘no further action’ was taken. It appears that the word ‘innocent’ does not compute on the Police National Computer. So, as soon as an accusation is made it could be the end of your life as you know it.

‘Massive miscarriage of justice’

Legal action set to take place in the Court of Appeal in London could pave the way for hundreds of child pornography convictions, secured during Operation Ore, to be overturned in what is being described by campaigners as a ‘massive miscarriage of justice’

Operation Ore, the codename for the police investigation which began in 2002, was launched after information supplied by US law enforcement agencies purported to show that more than 7,000 UK men used their credit cards to access online child pornography sites. It netted high profile figures such as The Who guitarist Pete Townshend and fed the nation’s fear that paedophilia is endemic throughout modern cyber-savvy society.

But the police operation which ran for more than five years is steeped in controversy, with critics claiming the computer database of users’ names and credit card details was riddled with fraud. Defence experts say the fraud being perpetuated was simple and effective: owners of websites including legal adult pornography re-used credit card details supplied to them to sign up for their illegal services, child pornography. Chris Saltrese, the solicitor representing Anthony O’Shea whose case will be heard at the Appeal Court this month, says: “there are hundreds of people who’ve been convicted of one of the worst crimes imaginable. Lives and families have been destroyed. But the evidence now shows that many of those convicted weren’t paedophiles at all. They were victims of straightforward online credit card fraud.”

Anthony O’Shea’s house was one of more than 4,000 homes raided during the police operation which ultimately led to 2,000 convictions and 140 children being removed from their homes. Though no illegal paedophile material was found on Mr O’Shea’s computer, his credit card had been used attempting to pay for access to sites. In 2005 he was convicted, sentenced to 5 months in jail and placed on the sex offender register for 7 years. His life, he says, and that of his wife, children, sibling and parents have all been destroyed.

Throughout all of the original trials, defence teams were denied access to the full computer database which provided the list of credit card details on which the Ore prosecutions were brought. Taking more than 5 years to secure sight of the database, a defence expert who has examined it now claims ‘indicators of fraud are present in abundance.’ Those indicators include evidence that subscribers paid to access these illegal sites but then failed to view the material paid for, and that credit cards were used to pay for multiple subscriptions even though only one was required.

Last month, in a separate case, a London based businessman, Chris Singam, was awarded £180,000 damages after charges of downloading child pornography were thrown out two weeks before the case was due to be heard in court. Having lost his business, been threatened and ostracised, Mr Singam was eventually told the computer evidence the CPS relied on was “flawed” – his computer had been infected with a virus.

To date, 39 men caught up in Operation Ore are said to have committed suicide.

Fines for mixed sex wards to be announced

From April 2011, all NHS hospitals will be expected to treat patients in single sex areas.

The only exceptions that will be permitted will be in accident and emergency and intensive care, where it is considered in the overall best interest of the patient or is their personal choice.

If hospitals do not comply they will face losing part or all of the payment for the care of each patient affected.

A shortage of beds, a lack of staff or waiting for the patient's condition to be assessed are not acceptable excuses.

Around one in ten patients currently sleep in a mixed sex ward at some point during their hospital stay and up to one in three share bathrooms or lavatories.

... Each case where a patient has had to sleep in the same room as a member of the opposite sex must be reported via a special software system to the primary care trust and strategic health authority. It will then be decided if the breach was justifed or not.

Sharing bathrooms or lavatories is also unacceptable and patients should not be required to pass through areas with member of the opposite sex to reach their own single sex facilities.

I assume that the facilities shall be 'separate but equal,' correct? All this reminds me of the segregation era in the US - where black and white schools could not even use the same textbooks for fear of contamination, and so on.

Katherine Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, Patients Association: “The Patients Association has long campaigned for an end to mixed sex wards – it is an unjust and unfair way to treat our most vulnerable, especially the elderly and minority groups.

"Fining trusts who care for patients on a mixed sex ward will hopefully help to end this undignified practice.

"However, in light of budget cuts, we are concerned that this may be accompanied by an increase in waiting times as patients wait for a bed on a single sex ward. Patients should not have to choose between death and dignity.”

Katherine Murphy should perhaps explain why it is such an affront to a woman's dignity to have to be in the same room as a man - because, let's face it, that's what we're talking about here.

Two Women Convicted of Elder Abuse

One man was convicted, too. Why do I draw attention to the women in particular? Simple - because feminists deny that women are ever violent or abusive for any reason at all. Nobody seriously denies that a small minority of men are capable of doing things like this, but feminists tell us, with a straight face, that violence is just what men do, and that women would never do anything to harm another human being.

Time and time again, it appears that they are wrong.

Another nail in the coffin of feminist jurisprudence - note that the women did not simply receive lighter sentences for being female, as usually happens:

They were elderly, suffering from advanced Alzheimer’s Disease and needed the best possible care at their Bupa nursing home.

Instead the frail residents were bullied, assaulted and terrorised by care workers who recorded their ‘despicable’ behaviour on their mobile phones for fun.

Yesterday the ‘appalling’ video footage of a vulnerable 99-year-old woman and a man of 86 being mistreated by their three carers led to the carers being jailed.

The five minutes of blurred video, which was played at Bradford Crown Court, shows the carers laughing at the helpless pensioners, grabbing and poking them, taunting them and shoving phones into their face and mouth.

The elderly man, Kenneth Costigan, has an expression of ‘stark terror’ on his face, and is shown ‘cowering’ and burying his head in his hands in ‘utter despair’.

Edith Askham, who died later aged 100, is shown being bullied and treated roughly as she sits helplessly on the floor pleading ‘help me…I am frightened’.

Recorder Richard Mansell, QC, was clearly outraged by the defendants’ actions, which he described as ‘inhuman and degrading’.

The judge said supervisor Paul Poole, 26, and assistant care workers Jolene Hullah, 21, and Tanzeela Safdar, 23, had committed a ‘gross breach of trust’.

Earlier, when it was suggested that Hullah, who was 19 at the time, had not received adequate training, the judge was barely able to conceal his fury commenting: ‘You don’t need training in ordinary human decency.

‘This is a feature that unfortunately seems to be part of general life. The first instinct of people when they do something wrong is to start casting blame elsewhere. This is about taking responsibility for your actions.’

Referring to the victims, the judge said: ‘Although they were elderly and very ill they still had their dignity.

‘Your job was to provide them with a dignified level of care in the last years of their lives. With these despicable acts of abuse you stripped Mr Costigan and Mrs Askham of their dignity for your own amusement and gratification.

‘Of those who sat in court today and watched the video footage from your mobile phones, nobody could have failed to be appalled by your sick conduct.’

The defendants, all from Bradford, each admitted two offences of ill treatment of persons lacking mental capacity. The new offence, carrying a maximum five-year jail term, was created by the 2005 Mental Capacity Act.

Recorder Mansell ignored pleas to spare the defendants from jail. Hullah was sent to prison for 18 months, while Safdar, who was described as the ‘most culpable’, was jailed for 21 months.
Poole, who fainted in the dock, was given 12 months. All will be released after serving half their sentence.

Prosecutor Jonathan Sharp told the court the offences took place at the Dales Nursing Home in Bradford between December 2008 and February 2009. The Bupa home specialises in caring for people with dementia.

The victims were ‘particularly vulnerable to abuse’ as they were ‘unlikely to complain’ and had poor short-term memories.

The convictions were only made possible because police recovered the damning video footage from the two women’s mobile phones.

... Several excerpts show Mr Costigan sitting in his room being ‘taunted’ and physically abused by his laughing carers.

Hullah is seen pushing the phone into his face, imitating and teasing him and on another occasion assaulting him.

Mr Sharp said Mr Costigan’s dementia ‘causes him to swear’ and the carers found it funny to provoke his foul-mouthed outbursts.

They put a phone in his mouth and later as he becomes ‘upset and agitated’ Hullah screams at him and ‘pulls at his right thumb in a way that will have induced considerable pain’.

Safdar then ‘tries to grab his nose’ and ‘pushes both her hands into his mouth.’ As a result, Mr Costigan ‘holds his head in his hands and is plainly distressed’, said Mr Sharp.

Poole, the key worker designated with responsibility for his care, watched and failed to intervene.

Another video shows Safdar and another woman mistreating Edith Askham, who suffered from advanced dementia and was incontinent and ‘incoherent’. She is shown sitting on the floor away from her wheelchair and ‘holding out her arms for help’.

Mr Sharp said the carers did nothing to help her, ‘thrust the phone into her face’ and recorded her indignity. The other woman, Hannah Parveen, is believed to have fled to Pakistan.

Hullah later claimed she had just been ‘messing about’ and Safdar said she was just ‘playing around’. Poole claimed he said nothing because he was afraid of retribution from Hullah.

Amazingly, the two women were given longer sentences than the man - in direct contradiction to what feminist jurisprudence tells us should happen (punish the man! Let the women go!)

And did you catch that at the end? The man, Paul Poole, did not speak up about the abuse because he was afraid of retribution from one of the women. This is precisely the situation that feminism has brought into the workplace - even disagreeing with a woman can get a man hauled up before a tribunal. It's hardly surprising, in these circumstances, that a man would fail to intervene where a woman is being abusive - there's a good chance that he will become her next victim.

I still love him, 'child killer' tells trial of boyfriend on paedophile charges

She was calm at first, almost matter of fact.

In a soft, clear voice, Lianne Smith insisted she still loved her long-time partner, even though he is in court on paedophile charges.

She faltered only occasionally and if she had any tears, she didn’t let them spill.
Occasionally she would smile; once she even laughed.

It was when she started to talk about her children that her remarkable composure broke.

The 44-year-old explained to a jury yesterday that she had moved to Spain with her partner Martin Smith three years ago to keep their two-year-old daughter from the clutches of social services.

She did it to ‘protect’ her, she said, using the word completely without irony.

What she failed to explain was that shortly after Smith was arrested on child sex charges last May, she was in a Costa Brava hotel room with the little girl and her baby brother lying dead on the bed beside her.

Soon she will face her own trial in Spain, accused not of protecting them, but of murdering them.

Yesterday she never once mentioned their deaths.

... Her long dark hair was in much the same style as it was last May, when she took a series of heartbreaking snapshots of the ‘wonderful holiday’ she had organised for her children Rebecca, then five, and Daniel, 11 months.

They didn’t know it then, but it would be their final hours together.

They were found suffocated soon afterwards in a Lloret de Mar hotel.

UN Drops Commitment to Gay Rights

Gay rights campaigners furious as UN drops condemnation of 'sexual orientation' killings after pressure from Arab and African nations

A culture war has broken out at the United Nations over whether gays should be singled out for the same protections as other minorities whose lives are threatened.

The battle will come to a head tomorrow when the General Assembly votes to renew its routine condemnation of the unjustified killing of various categories of vulnerable people.

It specifies killings for racial, national, ethnic, religious and linguistic reasons and includes refugees, indigenous people and other groups.

But the resolution, because of a change promoted by Arab and African nations and approved at committee level, has dropped 'sexual orientation' and replaces it with 'discriminatory reasons on any basis'.

The U.S. government says it is 'incensed' at the change, as are gay rights campaigners.

'Even if those countries do not support gay rights, you would think they would support our right not to be killed,' said Jessica Stern of the New York-based International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission.

Stern said gay people all over the world are frequent targets of violence because of their sexual orientation.

Paul Elam's take is most interesting:

The United Nations has been a long time ally of gender ideologues, promoting feminist politics on a global level and creating countless committees and funding organizations dedicated to women’s causes. Intertwined in the language from many of those organizations are statements of support for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered citizens of nations across the world.

It is consistent with popular feminism’s apparent support for people in those communities, as you would find stated in the charters in most feminist organizations.

If you sense a but here, there is one, and it is big enough to make J-Lo jealous.

On the 17^th of this month, the nations of the U.N. voted to remove sexual orientation from a resolution condemning summary and arbitrary executions. The resolution admonishes member nations to protect the right to life of all people, and calls on states to investigate killings based on discriminatory grounds. For the past 10 years, the resolution included sexual orientation in the list of discriminatory grounds on which killings are often based.

But the specification of gays was removed by a vote of 79 for, 70 against, 17 abstentions and 26 absent. It effectively issued an international gay hunting license for the numbers of nations that consider homosexuality to be a criminal offense, often looking the other way when gays are murdered, and including the 5 or so nations that treat it as a crime punishable by death.

As you might imagine, the feminist reaction has been, well, it has been… nonexistent.

In another moment of selective and convenient political silence by western feminists, their reaction to this shocking vote echoed with the intensity of their objections to Bill Clinton lying and obstructing justice related to his extramarital sexual exploits.

In other words, they, for once, kept their mouths shut.

If you visit the NOW website and do a search on the United Nations, you will get a number of returns on that organization. The top three are rants about why the U.N. has not elected a female Secretary-General. The remaining pages of results are filled with standard NOW fare concerned with the treatment of women and girls across the planet, especially in nations where feminist ideology meets the staunchest resistance.

Off to the left, as you can see in the pic provided, is a link to a single page outlining NOW’s valiant efforts to support lesbians, especially across the more solvent demographics of white, professional, western culture.

What you will have difficulty finding anywhere on the site is any mention of the fact that the United Nations, the organization that has become a hotbed for promoting their influence, just issued fag hacking carte blanche to any nation who wants it. A number of them do.

And of course, it makes me wonder.

Could it be because those laws are almost exclusively enforced against men?

Well, that would be the case.

While most countries that outlaw and even execute homosexuals are regarded as dangerous to both gays and lesbians, their laws are not written in gender neutral terms. For instance in Iran, under Sharia Law, the penal code contains the following provisions:

“The punishment for sodomy [lavat] where penetration has occurred is death, and the method of execution is at the discretion of the Sharia judge.”
-- Article 110, Islamic Republic Penal Code

In other words, the death penalty is only provided for acts common to male homosexuals, e.g. penetration. So while lesbians may well be punished, the most severe consequences are reserved for men.

This holds true for even lesser offenses, and the laws are written in a fashion that targets males even more specifically. Article 123, for example, reads: “If two men, unrelated to one another, lie, without necessity, naked under the same cover, they will each be punished by up to 99 lashes of the whip.”

Again, this is not to say the lesbianism is condoned or would go unpunished, but it is clear that the laws target males by design.

This is further evidenced and documented in a report from Iranrights.org:

In July 2005, after an inconclusive medical report, a court in Esfahan sentenced five young men to 75 lashes apiece and three years of exile to Khouzistan province for “having confessed one time to a homosexual act.”[4] According to Arsham Parsi, founder of Iranian Queer Organization, “being flogged has become routine for many Iranian gays who may even express relief at the fact that they were ‘only sentenced to corporal punishment.’ ”
Twenty-nine years of institutionalized violence and discrimination have driven Iranian gays and transsexuals [bold text mine] to an underground life marked by the fear of being caught. It has also made them easy targets of violence in recent government campaigns against “hooligans”. In the summer of 2007, the Revolutionary Tribunal of Shiraz sentenced several “hooligans” to prison and other punishments. Among them were two men whose punishment included 175 lashes each for homosexual acts. [5] More recently, in March 2008, another “morality campaign” led to the arrest of 30 male guests at a party in Esfahan. Security forces broke into a private home, and the guests were arrested, detained for weeks with no access to legal counsel, and reportedly examined for evidence of homosexual sex. [6]

Where are the female victims in all this madness?

My guess, and I have to qualify it as a guess because empirical gender breakdown statistics are elusive, is that in relative terms they don't exist any more than feminist outrage over dead gay men.

And of course one would have to figure that if watchdog organizations wanted to invoke the maximum sympathetic response from the world community, they would be showcasing such travesties committed against women.

But time and time again as I researched this information, it was references to males, and males only, who were beaten, imprisoned, hanged and stoned for their sexual choices and conduct.
Does NOW’s silence make a little more sense now?

At the start of last month, I wrote a piece “The Problem With Gay Rights,” in which I asserted my belief that gay men in western culture were backing the wrong horse by siding with feminist ideologues simply because they have taken to flying a gay banner and have been making some meaningless political noise about gay marriage.

I have just been proven right again.

The women’s movement is quick to toss out the catch all phrase, “Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered.”

Don’t buy it for a minute. The only word that really matters at all to feminists in that phrase is Lesbian, because lesbians are female, and because lesbians comprise a healthy percentage of their leadership and power players.

Gay men who think that feminists are really their advocates are nothing more than window dressing; useful idiots used to garner public approval from the egalitarian minded. And as we can witness, with our own eyes on this very day, they will be abandoned to malicious and murderous judgement, like all other forms of male fodder, without a second thought.

The only discernable reason for it, other than inherent utility and disposability as males, is that the real focus for feminists is to get another white, western woman elected to a lucrative and powerful position so that she can return favours to the sisters that got her there.

It's common sense. It's incredibly patronising that women think they can get by simply by showing some skin. The message it sends is: men, I think you are stupid, drooling, testosterone-driven animals, and baring my natural assets will make your brain go so haywire that you'll overlook my performance and promote me anyway.

The reason it's not sexist is because there's nothing to measure it against. If men walked around with their penises half-hanging out, and this earned them promotions, then yes, this could fairly be called sexist. But men do nothing of the sort, and women don't need to either.

What a surprise that men aren't taken in by women resorting to their 'feminine wiles.' Turns out men aren't stupid, drooling idiots who lose control at the sight of female flesh.

There was a time when I owed my career to my cleavage.

What an admission. Thankyou, Ms Jones. You said it, not me.

In the Eighties, I worked on a male-dominated Sunday newspaper: me, my breasts and very little talent or experience.

I made terrible mistakes - and got away with them - because I had a giant cleavage.

More like, you got away with them because you were one of the few women working there, by your own admission. This was the Raving Feminist Eighties, when the ideas of political correctness in the workplace and quota systems and all that nonsense really took off. It was more likely the case that Ms Jones's employers could not afford to let women go.

Yet in truth, I hated the male attention and the favouritism. I started to walk around the newsroom with something clutched to my breasts to hide them: the Times World Atlas was a favourite.

Rather than, say, dressing more modestly? Ms Jones actually displayed her cleavage in order to get ahead, only to cover it up to avoid favouritism. This story is unravelling like a false rape accusation.

I despised the women around me who flaunted their breasts to get ahead.

Presumably because she saw it as her turf, and other women were a threat to her 'power' in this regard.

Another young trainee, fresh out of Oxbridge, used her breasts to get her straight to the top. She was given all the plum assignments and everyone hated her. I hated her most of all.

And so, aged 29, I took drastic action. I had my breasts cut off.

Jealousy, hatred, depression, self-mutilation; however did Liz Jones end up becoming a feminist?

I didn’t want to get ahead by plonking my breasts on to the editorial conference table. I had come of age believing that women should be treated equally, and as well as being given the same opportunities as men, this also meant not having an unfair advantage over them.

If men are no longer allowed to swear and throw their weight around, then women should be banned from acting coy, and blushing, and crying, and simpering . . . and wearing tight tops.

Actually, she's dead on here. I can't fault her on this.

And when I ultimately became a boss on a glossy magazine, I freely admit I discriminated against women who flaunted their cleavages. They were bound to disappear on maternity leave, and flirt with the inevitably male publishing directors and chairmen of the board.

I'm confused; is Liz Jones a feminist, or a misogynist? She sounds far less tolerant than the majority of MRAs.

Ultimately, a woman who puts it all on show is not only brassy, she is brainless. She usually has a face that is less than beautiful, but she always believes her breasts make up for this shortfall.

Ouch. The jealousy lingers on. Onto the next Opinionated Chick (TM), someone I've never heard of called Rachel Johnson.

I’ve certainly used it to get ahead at work - and I’d recommend any other ambitious woman to do the same.

And what ambition! As a famous celebrity once put it, "math is hard." God, I feel a bit like a feminist myself.

I’ve never minded men staring at them rather than my face. My feeling is, if you wear a low-cut top, you are asking for men’s gaze to lock on to your bust rather than listen to you warbling on about nonsense.

Any woman knows that if you want to distract your audience from the possible vacuity of what you’re saying, allow them an unimpeded view of your cleavage.

This whole issue is dear to my heart because during my career in Fleet Street, I was often accused of deliberately wearing low-cut clothes to get ahead.

In fact, far from flaunting it, I invariably felt that showing my cleavage would backfire, so hand on heart, I never did.

Besides, many of the steps I took up the executive ladder came with the help of some amazing women. I don’t think putting my bust on display at interviews would have impressed them very much.

When I was an editor of a magazine, I would NEVER have employed a woman who’d come for an interview showing off her cleavage, any more than I would have hired a man wearing tight shorts with his lunchbox on prominent display.

So why do women insist on ‘putting it all on show’? The answer, regrettably, is because whatever Peter Jones and his survey says, male colleagues do turn in to brain-dead morons at the sight of an impressive cleavage.

I recently wore a new dress to a friend’s Christmas party that was reasonably low cut. I thought it wouldn’t matter. Why would a flash of cleavage make any difference to anything?

I couldn’t have been more wrong. One really old friend, a bit worse for wear, spent most of the night looking down my top, his tongue hanging out.

Another came up and said: ‘God, if my wife wasn’t here, I’d take you to bed.’ On and on it went.

It was bizarre. Usually, I would have expected to stand and talk to these people. We would have discussed the student riots, Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. But my cleavage had turned me in to someone who suddenly had no brain, no opinions, but was centre of attention. I was horrified.

So horrified, indeed, that she even had to air the experience to the whole world in print.

Finally, we come to the only male opinion in this clusterfuck of an article. Surprise, surprise; like a person who has had to get by on his own merits and not by flaunting parts of his body, James Delingpole pens the only reasonable assessment.

There's one correction I would make, and that would be to substitute 'efficient' for 'simple.'

Swedish Woman Makes False Rape Accusations for Money

Britons 'trapped in false rape sting by blonde Swede on Greek island’

Men have been warned to be on their guard after the 26-year-old woman claimed a total of €800,000 (£666,315) in insurance after lodging allegations of rape on the island of Kos.

It is believed that her victims include at least four Britons, according to a lawyer representing one of the falsely accused.

An international hunt involving Greek and Swedish police and Interpol has failed to find the woman, described as an attractive blonde.

Ross Mitchell, a teacher from Nottinghamshire, met his accuser in Kos in June 2008. He was jailed and forced to pay £2,000 bail before the case collapsed because the woman fled the country. He is still waiting for the money to be returned.

He met her in Kardamena, a busy resort popular with young Britons.

It is believed Mr Mitchell was working in a bar when they met. She claimed he tried to rape her in her hotel room.

Mr Mitchell, who denied all allegations, was arrested, charged and held in custody while police investigated.

In her initial complaint, she said she could identify him only from the smell of his sweat and his hairstyle.

She then fled to her native Sweden and failed to attend a subsequent magistrates’ court hearing. It is believed that she denies the allegation of making false claims.

According to the Greek media, she was involved in “organised fraud” and was “fabricating charges of being raped so that she could draw large amounts of insurance as compensation”.

Mr Mitchell was freed on bail before the case was formally dropped. His lawyer, Alcybiades Hajantonis, said Swedish authorities disclosed that she had pulled the scam on at least three other occasions, claiming €200,000 (£166,500) each time.

Mr Mitchell said yesterday he was “stunned” to be told that the woman was a serial con artist. He said: “I had no idea there were allegations she had done this to other men.”

His father, Les, said the case had been a “nightmare” for his son.

“Being a teacher he doesn’t really want all this publicised,” he said. “Even a false accusation can ruin a career. It’s certainly affected him.

“The whole thing was a load of rubbish from start to finish, but the police took it seriously and he ended up in jail. Then they let her slip through their fingers and disappear and as far as I’m aware haven’t been able to catch her since.”

Mr Hajantonis, who is based on Kos, said: “We have been trying to find the accuser so she can sign acceptance of the court decision so Mr Mitchell can get back his bail money.

“In the process, I contacted Interpol and Swedish police to find her, only to be informed that she has made three similar rape claims and earned an additional €600,000 in compensation. Swedish authorities cannot find her and we still can’t get back the bail money. She obviously does this on a systematic basis”.

Greek police said there appeared to be an increasing number of false rape claims at Greek holiday resorts.

They blamed the notoriety that British holidaymakers had developed for getting drunk and raping or sexually assaulting women.

A police spokesman said: “This may be yet another case of a woman claiming rape to get compensation, because British men are so often arrested on such charges.”

This story is strangely in contrast to everything that feminists have told me about women - that they are poor, innocent victim-angels who would never do a thing like lie about rape.

Clearly, the article must be misogynistic.

After all, telling the truth about women is what passes for misogynistic these days.

Some women might want it all. But a report by a leading academic claims they never will.

Those who try to combine high-powered jobs with having children really only end up with ‘nominal families’ with whom they spend little time.

Dr Catherine Hakim concludes that the battle for sexual equality is over and any pay gap is down to women’s lifestyle choices.

She added that there was no popular support for ‘social engineering’ of the kind used by Labour to try to push mothers into work and persuade fathers to spend more time looking after children.

Her report calls on ministers to drop policies pushing for flexible working hours, more time off for fathers, and more places for women on company boards.

It comes after the publication of figures that show there is no longer a pay gap acting to the disadvantage of women among people under the age of 30.

After 30, women gradually earn less than men. The age at which pay rates diverge between the sexes is the same at which most women start to have families.

Dr Hakim, a senior research fellow at the London School of Economics, said: ‘In Britain half of all women in senior positions are child-free, and a lot more of them have nominal families with a single child and they subcontract out the work of caring for them to other women.’

Her report for centre-right think tank the Centre for Policy Studies will say equal opportunities policies first introduced in the 1970s have now achieved their aims.

Dr Hakim’s paper says the pay gap has not disappeared because women have chosen the jobs and careers they want rather than those that feminists – and politicians sympathetic to feminist arguments – believe they should have.

She criticises the widely-held assumption that women want to be financially independent from men and hold the same ambitions and career aims.

Her report also criticises the notion that ‘family-friendly policies’ help businesses achieve profitability. She says there is no difference between men and women managers, and that success in business for either sex depends on commitment to work and the willingness to put in long hours.

Funny, I've never really seen myself that way. I see myself as a humanist, not a misogynist (humanism today necessarily involves staunch opposition to the anti-human, anti-freedom ideology of feminism); as belonging to neither left nor right wing; and I'm not much of a blogger either, since all I really do is spread around information that was already out there.

Still, if it helps Ms McVeigh sleep better at night to imagine that I am an opponent she need not acknowledge beyond lightweight aspersions, Princess can go right ahead and call me whatever names she likes. I've been called names by feminists all my life, and today I'm happily exposing the names of false rape accusers to a wider audience. What makes her think that calling me more names is going to discourage me?

Anyway, here's the scoop.

Writing for the Guardian, reporter Tracy McVeigh reports on the overwhelming wave of anger over Assange’s arrest with thinly-veiled unease, revealing feminist concerns about their tenuous claim to favorable public sentiment.
In what is an obvious reference to Ferdinand Bardamu’s posts on The Spearhead and In Mala Fide, she blames “misogynist right wing bloggers” for outing Anna Ardin and Sofia Wilen:

Dismissed by his supporters as a smear campaign, the case against Assange now threatens to move from a sideshow to overwhelm the main act – the work he has done in his public life as editor of WikiLeaks. In part, Assange, 39, who has become a figurehead for whistleblowers, can blame this on supporters who have pressed accolades on the man rather than the cause, and who range from left wing historians, feminists and human rights campaigners to misogynist right wing bloggers and a porn baron.

A range of deeply misogynistic blog posts have blamed “feminists”, despite insistence from people close to Assange that there is no conspiracy.

The paper is reflecting a growing discomfort among many, in both camps, at the widespread vilification – and naming – of the two alleged victims on websites and blogs, and also of the kind of language being used by people including Assange’s own lawyer Mark Stephens who referred to the allegation as a “honeytrap” .

Whatever one feels about Assange, there is something very suspicious about these rape allegations, especially the fact that Anna Ardin/Bernardin, the woman who made the decision to go to the police, has been tied to shady, CIA-funded groups in Cuba, and left Sweden days before new charges were filed, running off to the remote town of Yanoun in the Palestinian West Bank, possibly to spy on Hamas and Orthodox Jewish settlers.

McVeigh dismisses any allegations that “feminists” were behind this, but Anna Ardin/Bernardin is a self-described feminist activist who has made accusations before – against her own students – and was thrown out of Cuba for her involvement with a right wing, CIA-supported feminist group. Furthermore, there is nothing odd about feminists working with the CIA; Gloria Steinem received funds directly from the intelligence organization while employed by Ms. Magazine.

The “discomfort” at the naming of Ardin and Wilen is felt by establishment feminists like McVeigh, who want to be able to decide what should be reported and what shouldn’t — oddly similar to the dispute over Wikileaks. Yet her own publication, even as it denounces those who have exposed Assange’s accusers, claims that it upholds the principle of disclosure, writing:

The process of editing, contextualising, explanation and redaction is a painstaking one. It is part of the craft of journalism. Journalism is also about disclosure. It is at its best when it is the disclosure of matters of high public interest. Judge Assange on that score, as much as any other.

If the participation of a feminist activist who may be a spy in what looks like a frame-up of a highly controversial journalist is not a matter of “high public interest,” what is?

One in Eleven Boys Leaves Primary School Unable to Read

One in 11 boys leaves primary school 'unable to read'

One in 11 boys in England - one in seven in some areas - starts secondary school with, at best, the reading skills of an average seven-year-old.

According to data obtained by the BBC's Today programme, 9% of 11-year-old boys fell well below expected standards.

But in Nottingham that proportion was 15% and the situation was only marginally better in Derby, Manchester, Rotherham and Telford.

The government is bringing in a reading check for six-year-olds.

Education experts said it was hard for children struggling at age 11 ever to catch up.

Just before leaving primary school, children take a reading test as part of their Sats examinations. They are then marked into categories, level 4 being the expected standard.

According to the Department for Education statistics, the proportion of children gaining that grade has increased dramatically over the last 15 years, from 49% to 81%.

But this masks a stubborn problem at the lower end of the school spectrum. In 1995, the proportion of 11-year-olds getting Level 2 or below in English - the standard expected of a seven-year-old - was 7%. In 2010, it had fallen only to 5%.

The figures show the problem is worse for boys. Overall in England, 9% of them - about 18,000 - achieved a maximum of level 2 in reading.

In some local authority areas that proportion was far higher: 15% in Nottingham, 14% in Barking and Dagenham, Telford and the Wrekin, Rotherham, Manchester and Derby.

Dylan William, professor of education at the Institute of Education, said it could be very hard for children struggling with their reading to catch up.

Secondary school teachers are not used to teaching children who cannot read properly, because the syllabus is based on textbooks.

Prof William said it had never been more important to be able to read to a decent standard.
He explained: "Twenty years ago, you got a lot of information from television. Now it's the internet - you have to be more literate."

But Prof William says that will not, in itself, tackle the issue: "Identification is not the problem. If you ask the teachers of those boys who are struggling at 11... they probably were identified as having problems at seven.

"The problem is finding the resources to deal with it."

He says there are solutions, known as "reading recovery" methods. They include intensive tuition and much smaller class sizes.

But these methods tended to be expensive, he said.

If it was girls who were having this very problem, and not boys, would anybody dare suggest that it was just too expensive to bring the girls up to speed?

Woman Kills Baby, Spared Jail

A female Hitler could claim she had just been 'distressed,' and the world would sympathise and rush to her aid.

Amanda Hunt gave birth in her bedroom last New Year's Eve but, believing the girl to be stillborn, she panicked and wrapped the body in a towel and hid it under a bed.

She then put the body in a bin liner and in a wheelie bin.

She removed it every two weeks just before bin collections were due and hid the baby behind a garden shed and in her wardrobe.

The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of concealment of the birth of a child on Thursday at Wakefield Magistrates Court. She was given a four-month jail sentence suspended for two years.

Boys Age 5 Struggling

Cause for celebration, at least for feminists like Hanna Rosin who relish in the failure and suffering of children when they are male.

Half of boys, age five, 'struggling in basics'

More than half of five-year-old boys are struggling in the basics after a year at primary school, official figures show.

Some 53.1% of boys this age are struggling with skills such as reading and writing, and emotional and social development.

In comparison, 34.9% of girls are failing to reach this target - a gender gap of 18.2 percentage points.

The government said it was concerned boys were lagging behind girls.

The findings are based on teachers' observations of pupils.

The new Department for Education statistics show how many five-year-olds are reaching specific early learning "goals".

Alphabet troubles

These cover areas such as social skills, literacy and numeracy, and how many are reaching enough of the goals to be classed as making a "good level of development".

The figures reveal that one in six (15.1%) boys could not write their own name by the age of five, compared to just 6.9% of girls.

Some 9.6% of boys could not say the letters of the alphabet, compared with 5.5% of girls, the data shows.

And 9% of boys could not do simple adding up by the age of five, while for girls that figure was 6.1%.

The data also reveals that poorer pupils, particularly poor boys, are falling behind their richer classmates.

A quarter (24.9%) of poor boys could not write their own name, compared to 12.9% of poor girls, while 16.2% of poor boys could not say the letters of the alphabet.

For poor girls, this figure was 9.7%.

Social status

The figures also reveal that 2.2% of poor boys and 1% of poor girls could not dress themselves at the age of five.

A spokesman for the Department for Education said: "It's good news that the number of young children reaching a good level of development has increased this year, and the professionals working hard to help raise standards in the early years should feel proud of their work.

"But there are still too many children starting school without the solid foundation they need to succeed. In particular, we're concerned that boys continue to lag behind girls even before they start school, especially in writing.

"Every child, regardless of gender, background or social status, should get the right help and support in the crucial early years of their lives so they can thrive at school."

Hanna Rosin, I presume, would disagree vehemently with that last sentence.

As would plenty of feminists, who only want to see girls succeed.

They are quite happy for boys to be denied the help and support they need, and actually think this preferable.

But, as I have been trying to emphasise, feminists are very sick people.

UK Government Plans to Censor Internet: Won't Somebody Think of The Children!

Telegraph: Internet pornography curb by the Government

Internet pornography could be blocked from entering the homes of people with children, under plans being considered by the Government.

Ed Vaizey, the communications minister, has called a meeting with the country’s biggest broadband providers, including BT, Virgin Media and TalkTalk, to explore changing how pornography gets into homes.

Instead of using parents having to choose to stop access to explicit websites, through parental controls, a block will be placed at source, meaning adults will have to specifically opt-in to receive the images.

The move is designed to prevent children from being exposed to sex at an early age and follows warnings about the hidden impact of pornography.

However many technology experts said the plans were unworkable even if the broadband providers signed up to a voluntary code.

It relies upon the Government or the internet service providers themselves having a comprehensive and up-to-date list of pornographic websites.

Critics also argued that the move would be "censorship through the back door" and could end up restricting access to many legitimate websites.

The attempt by Mr Vaizey to curb access to online pornography comes as an increasing number of televisions are being sold which allow viewers to watch internet sites through the screens.

Mr Vaizey said: “This is a very serious matter. I think it is very important that it’s the ISPs (internet service providers) that come up with solutions to protect children.” “I’m hoping they will get their acts together so we don’t have to legislate, but we are keeping an eye on the situation and we will have a new communications bill in the next couple of years.”

A spokesman for Virgin Media said: “We already have an opt-in approach on mobiles. We’re able to block sites, so it would be possible to do the same on the internet. It is just about finding the right approach.”

Daily Mail: Porn, keep out! Parents to be allowed to block computers from receiving sexual imagery

Internet pornography sites will be automatically blocked from home computers unless households request access under an ‘opt-in’ system.

Ministers want to reverse the current situation in which such sites are accessible to anyone surfing the internet, including children, unless a lock is installed.

Under the plans, those who want access to pornography sites would have to ask their broadband firm to make them available.

The Coalition is hoping to persuade Internet firms to devise this system voluntarily, but would legislate if they fail to comply.

The move, under discussion at the Business, Innovation and Skills Department comes as families are increasingly using the family TV set to view websites.

Ministers are to meet broadband providers including BT, Virgin Media, and TalkTalk in the new year.

The plan is to allow parents to 'opt out' of the sites and they will then be blocked at the source, rather than using conventional parental controls.

Adults who wish to view the material would have to choose to 'opt in'.

Following their decision, homeowners would then be able to choose what sites they receive in a cinema style guide, such as U for all ages, or 18 for adults.

The move comes as some of Britain's biggest broadband providers prepare for talks with Communications Minister Ed Vaizey.

Representatives from TalkTalk, BT and Virgin Media are to meet Mr Vaizey to discuss how they can stop pornography being seen by youngsters.

The Communications Minister told the Sunday Times: ' This is a very serious matter. I think it is very important that the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) come up with solutions to protect children.

'I am hoping they will get their acts together so we don't have to legislate, but we are keeping an eye on the situation and we will have a new communications bill in the next couple of years.'

The initiative comes following a successful trial by British ISPs to stop innocent people accessing child pornography websites.

Ministers now want companies to use the same technology to stop children accessing adult images. A survey earlier this year said one in three ten-year-olds has viewed pornography.

Tory MP for Devizes Claire Perry, who has campaigned for restrictions said: 'Unless we show leadership, the internet industry is not going to self-regulate. The minister has said he will get ISPs together and say "either you clean out your stables or we are going to do it for you".

'We are not coming at this from an anti-porn perspective. We just want to make sure children aren't stumbling across things we don't want them to see.'

Previously the providers had said implementing the scheme would cost too much and be technically difficult.

However some internet providers now seem happy to implement the scheme voluntarily.

Andrew Heaney, TalkTalk's executive director of strategy and regulation, said: 'Our objective was not to do what the politicians want us but to do what is right for our customers.'

'If other companies aren't going to do it of their own volition, then maybe they should be leant on.'

A Virgin Media spokesman said they had already implemented the technology on their mobile service, as they can leave the home, but said that parents can control what their children see at home and online.

And a BT spokesman said they had a 'clean feed' system to stop access to illegal sites.

The Internet being what it is, I find it unlikely that online pornography can be eradicated any more than music and film pirating. E.g. here is a tale of a company which produces online adult films, and is ecstatic that its movies are being pirated, because it actually allows them to make more money.

Also, I completely fail to see the link between protecting children from sexual abuse and the prevalence of adult pornography. I can't be the only one, can I?

And naturally, there is a lot of hang-wringing about the 'violence' and 'exploitation' inherent to pornography, and how any man who watches it is some kind of crazed sex fiend who shall surely be inspired to act out what he sees on the screen.

Yes, this is surely the first step onto a slippery slope - while men may be ashamed of having to 'opt in' under the proposed law, how long until this is not even an option any more?

No restrictions on erotica (porn for women), I notice - only images.

Strange, because erotica can get very explicit indeed, and if we were really hoping to protect children, I'd think this would be just as high a priority.

Perhaps it's time to stock up on free porn while it's all still out there and available for easy download; for Men Going Their Own Way, it will help you through the tough times ahead.

Murder inquiry as girl aged four found dead in London

A four-year-old girl has been found dead at an address on an east London housing estate.

The child's body was discovered at a property on Elderfield Road, Clapton, at about 1530 GMT on Thursday after reports of a knife incident.

A woman, 36, believed to be the girl's mother, has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act after being arrested on suspicion of the girl's murder

The Daily Mail's version is more detailed:

A mother has been arrested after a four year old girl was found stabbed to death with her heart and other organs cut out and strewn around her flat.

The 35-year-old woman was allegedly sitting in a her kitchen chanting verses of the Koran as her daughter's disembowelled corpse lay next to her.

The little girl's heart and other organs were found in different rooms around the flat in Clapton, east London.

Police suspect she she carried out the killing as a religious offering as she listened to the Muslim holy book on an MP3 player at full volume.

The mother, who is understood to have two teenage children of 14 and 16, has since been sectioned under the Mental Health Act and is in a secure unit.

Would a man who did this have merely been sectioned under the Mental Health Act?

More Violence Against Men in India

As I reported recently, feminists have secured so much control over men in India that they are effectively subjected to arbitrary rule, and the slightest thing a woman finds objectionable in a man's conduct may be cause for his imprisonment, his intentions being utterly irrelevant.

The very first post on this blog contains a video of this arbitrary rule in action - as always, it is the white knights who actually deliver the violence on behalf of women.

Here we have another case of a man boarding a woman's train carriage - by mistake, he didn't actually realise, but men's intentions don't matter in India - and a white knight cop rushing to literally hospitalise him for the offence this caused women.

Yes, you read that right. The man had the audacity to step onto the 'wrong' train car, and for that sin he was chucked off the moving train and put in hospital.

It all reminds me of the segregation era in the United States - you know, when black people and white people were forced to use separate facilities.

Despite that idiot Yoko Ono's proclamation that women (the most privileged class in the Western world for centuries) are the "nigger(s) of the world," that parallel doesn't really fit, does it, since it is men who are being beaten up, humiliated and hospitalised for stepping onto the wrong carriage.

It's certainly not women who are being told where they don't belong.

Let's face it - woman is the cracka of the world.

Constable 'throw' passenger out of moving train

A man was allegedly thrown out of a speeding train by a constable for boarding the ladies compartment and is now recuperating in hospital.

Bishnu Basak, the injured passenger, said that after boarding the train at Samudragarh station, he was accosted by the constable who asked him why he had boarded the ladies compartment.

"I apologised to him saying I did not realise it was a ladies compartment as the train was leaving when I reached the platform and I was in a hurry. He then asked for my ticket. When I showed it to him, he snatched it and kicked me out of the moving train," Basak said.

Locals rushed him to a nearby hospital from where he was moved to the SSKM Hospital here late in the night. He was then shifted to the Sambhunath Pandit Hospital where he is now admitted.

Julian Assange has been granted bail.

He told Good Morning America the sex attack allegations made him 'clearly a victim of a smear campaign'.

'This has been a very successful smear campaign,' he said, stressing how Google searches of his name invariable come up with mentions of the rape investigation.

'But I think it's days are numbered, and people are starting to wonder if it's really true - and if it is, where's the evidence? Why has no evidence been provided even to me and my attorneys?'

Asked outright if he had sex with these women against their will, he stated confidently: 'Absolutely not. And that is what I have stated, and what my counsel has stated, from the very beginning.'

He insisted that 'something is very wrong' in Sweden and the U.S. that everything was being 'conducted in secret'.

'The whole damn thing is kept secret' he complained, adding that it appears 'no evidence was needed whatsoever' to bring court cases against him.

... While promising to work faster now that he is back 'directing our ship' he must also fight Sweden's attempt to extradite him on allegations of rape and molestation

Assange insisted again that he was being subjected to a smear campaign and 'what appears to be a secret grand jury investigation against me or our organisation.'

He did not elaborate, but said he had retained an unnamed U.S. law firm to represent him.

Part of me hoped he would simply disappear - and I don't mean he would 'be disappeared,' as some Republican politicians would like to happen. I mean he would simply run off. I'm sure he has the means and the contacts to do this.

On the other hand, that would look like he was running away from something.

Then again, I thought - he has plenty to run from. US politicians have openly called for his assassination, and Fascist Sweden is seeking to capture him for an inquisition. (Did you know that rape trials in Sweden are run sans jury, and that the judge is sole arbiter of both guilt and sentencing? Note how Jessica Valenti gushes over Sweden's legal system, and the pieces should start to fall into place.)

The fact is, he should not have to stand trial in Sweden at all.

The charges were only ever brought up again (after being dismissed as lies within 12 hours of the first report to the police) when Wikileaks began releasing damaging material.

So, if he were suddenly to disappear, it would only indicate a man's will to survive - that he would be running from those who seek to do him harm. He would be running not from justice, but from imminent injustice.

The feminist response has been predictable. As reported at the False Rape Society, one feminist had a blackout over Michael Moore's backing of Julian Assange. They quote her screeching, incomprehensible diatribe:

We believe that accuser-shaming, accuser-harassment, victim-blaming, and the suppression of rape cases all serve one distinct purpose, which is: TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO RAPE US AND GET AWAY WITH IT. To make us scared to report our rapes, even to the people we know. And we will not stand for it any more. We require — not ask, not prefer, absolutely require – progressive media and public figures to stand against rape in every case.

How sweet that a feminist nobody believes she can make demands of all forms of progressive media.

As FRS puts it in the same post,

The same feminists having a conniption over Mr. Moore's remarks are conveniently silent when someone publicly assumes the guilt of a man accused of rape.

An earlier FRS post elaborates on the same theme:

Soon, commentators will start on the prevalence of false rape accusations, and the feminist slant that is inherent in sexual assault charges. Stay tuned for a discussion on men’s rights, the inevitable backlash that ensues, and the inevitable backlash to the backlash, until Julian Assange sneaks away while we’re all yelling at each other."

Comments by feminist Kate Harding, writing in Salon deserve special mention:

As of today, even Naomi Wolf -- Naomi Effin' Wolf! -- has taken a public swipe at Assange's accusers, using her status as a "longtime feminist" to underscore the absurdity of "the alleged victims ... using feminist-inspired rhetoric and law to assuage what appears to be personal injured feelings."

Wow. Admittedly, I don't have as much experience being a feminist as Wolf has, but when I see a swarm of people with exactly zero direct access to the facts of a rape case loudly insisting that the accusation has no merit, I usually start to wonder about their credibility. And their sources.

Tell us, Ms. Harding, how do you react when you see a swarm of people with exactly zero direct access to the facts about an alleged rape case -- a he said/she said case where the only evidence is her say so -- loudly insisting that the accusation has merit?

How do you react then? Does that bother you? Even a little?

Because that's what we almost always hear. That's how the news media and the feminist blogosphere treats virtually every allegation of rape, even the ones supported by no evidence beyond her say-so in a "he said/she said" dispute; even the many that turn out to be false.

Tell me, girlfriend, do you "usually start to wonder about their credibility" in that case?

Somehow, I doubt it. Somehow I suspect you have precisely zero inclination to pound out an angry, sarcastic Internet piece about the innumerable rushes to judgment that crucify innocent men and boys with false rape allegations.

"Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both", reads Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code prescribes a maximum sentence of two years in prison to a person convicted for outraging the modesty of a woman.
The Supreme Court of India has, on various occasions, elaborated on what modesty of a woman means. According to the apex court,

Modesty is a virtue which is inherent to a female owing to her sex;
Modesty is an attribute associated with female human beings as a class;
A woman, young or old, intelligent or imbecile, awake or sleeping, possesses modesty, which is capable of being outraged;
Modesty of a woman is outraged when the act of the offender is such that it is shocking and can be perceived as an affront to feminine decency and dignity. Example: slapping a woman on her butt, disrobing her, asking her for sexual favour etc.;
Mere knowledge that the modesty of a woman is likely to be outraged is sufficient to constitute the offence without any deliberate intention of outraging her modesty.
Section 354 will apply to all sexual acts committed or intended against a woman that stop short of penetration. (Note: The latest Criminal Laws Amendment Bill 2010 proposes to include ALL sexual acts as rape);
Lack of protest by a woman cannot be an alibi for the “offender” who has “outraged her modesty”.

It appears that women have established arbitrary rule over men in India. All feminist policy in the Western world tends in this direction.

Public schoolgirl who turned killer: Drunk teen's homophobic attack on stranger in Trafalgar Square

Ruby Thomas, 17, launched a savage attack on Ian Baynham, 62, simply because he was holding hands with another man.

Primary school photos show Ruby Thomas as a happy little girl, smiling shyly for the camera in her pink uniform.

Weather Girl Makes False Rape Accusation

Good Morning America weather girl quizzed over 'falsely claiming she was raped while jogging in Central Park'

A television weather girl was suspended today after police claimed she had falsely cried rape.

Heidi Jones, a meteorologist for WABC and Channel 7 who often fills in on ABC's Good Morning America, told police that she had been sexually assaulted in New York’s Central Park while out jogging in September.

But after police spotted discrepancies in the 37-year-old's story they confronted her - and she allegedly admitted that she had made up the attack.

She was charged on Monday with filing a false report, a Class A misdemeanour.

If convicted of lying, Miss Jones could face up to a year in jail, or be fined $1,000 (£640).

She is also facing losing her job from WABC, where she has worked since 2005.

She informed police on November 24 that she was jogging in the famous park on the afternoon of September 24 when a Hispanic man grabbed her from behind.

Note: false accusers in the US typically target Hispanic or black men because it makes their story - in their eyes - more believable. Otherwise known as racism.

After being confronted with the discrepancies, the New York Post’s source said Miss Jones admitted that she had made up the story.

Miss Jones allegedly said her relationship was not going well and that she concocted the tale in a plea for sympathy, the Daily News reported.

Among the many expressed frustrations of the new health care law’s opponents has been the addition of more unwieldy bureaucracies to the already bloated federal government. The massive law creates 159 new government agencies.

Of the many new boards, agencies, and programs the law creates, those implemented for the benefit of women are among the most common, a fact some say renders the law inherently unequal.

There are at least 7 new agencies and departments devoted solely to women while there is not one office for men or male specific ailments.

Men’s health advocates long have pushed for an Office of Men’s Health to act as a companion to the Office on Women’s Health, established in 1991. Instead of rectifying that disparity, the new health care law intensified it.

Diana Furchtgott-Roth, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute, has been critical of Obama’s gender policies, charging that his administration has pushed initiatives that favor women over men. According to Roth, the health care bill was no different.

“[The women’s] lobby is very well funded, active and vocal. It is really paradoxical because women in many ways are doing better than men, so for example, if you do a search in the health care bill there is not one mention of ‘prostate’ and are over 40 mentions of ‘breast’ and men are tax payers, they should get equal health treatment,” Roth told The Daily Caller.

... Roth stressed that the high number of women’s agencies and lack of corresponding men’s offices was not just a symbolic display of inequality, but one that would have real world repercussions, namely in the distribution of research funding.

“What is interesting is that all these offices for women in the health care bill, that generates grants for research of women’s health issues,” Roth said. “So it is not just that they have those offices, but those offices are accompanied by pots of money for research. So it means that they are skewing the research in favor of women over men.”

Scott Williams, vice-president of the Men’s Health Network, said the following:

People don’t understand that men on average live about 5 less years than women. That 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women in their lifetime will be diagnosed with cancer. That men lead in 9 out of the 10 top ten causes of death. When you look at the data and the facts it is really not part of the debate in health care and I think those are statistics and facts that need to be brought to light.

Kumari Fulbright, 28, was sentenced yesterday to two years in prison and six years' probation.

... Fulbright, a University of Arizona law school student, arrested with three men in December 2007 after the ex-boyfriend told police he'd been tied up and kept captive for eight to 10 hours, robbed and tortured.

A former UA law school student and beauty queen was sentenced to two years in prison plus six years' probation for her part in the kidnapping and torture of her former boyfriend.

Fulbright was dating Joshua Conway when she asked him to sell jewellery she was given by her former boyfriend, Robert Ergonis, according to prosecutors.

When Ergonis came back into Fulbright's life, she lied and told Ergonis that Conway had stolen and sold the jewellery.

Fulbright lured Conway to her flat and Ergonis and David Radde jumped him, the prosecutors said.

Another man, Larry Hammond, helped to detain him.

Conway was beaten, cut with a knife and held at gunpoint for hours until he was able to escape.

A female prison officer who had sex with with an inmate in his cell brought shame on herself and her profession, a judge ruled today.

Donna Stanton, 28, began a sexual relationship with heroin addict Eric Fitzgerald while he was serving the last few months of a seven-year sentence at Bedford prison.

She was jailed for two years.

... She lavished gifts and money on him and even gave him a car to use on his release.

But when the relationship turned sour she made a statement to police saying Mr Fitzgerald was blackmailing her and he was arrested. In turn, this led to her own arrest.

Ruby Thomas, 18, was found guilty of the manslaughter of 62-year-old Ian Baynham, who died 18 days after the drink-fuelled assault in London's Trafalgar Square.

Police later found his blood smeared on her handbag and the ballet pumps she was wearing as she kicked him.

The court heard she smiled as she ''put the boot into'' Mr Baynham after he was knocked to the ground by another teenager, Joel Alexander ...

A third defendant, 18-year-old Rachael Burke, of Upper Norwood, south east London, was found guilty of affray at an earlier trial.

All three will be sentenced on January 26. Thomas and Alexander were remanded in custody after Judge Richard Hawkins refused to continue their bail applications by their barristers ...

Thomas, a former pupil at the £12,000-a-year Sydenham High School for Girls, had a previous record for violence.

She was just 15 when she assaulted a bus driver in Northumberland Avenue in December 2007, a short walk from where the attack on Mr Baynham took place.

On that night in September last year she was said to have been "off her face", acting in a "lairy, mouthy" way, and flirting with random men.

The court heard that Thomas screamed "f****** faggots" at the victim and his friend Philip Brown.

When Mr Baynham confronted her, there was a scuffle during which she hit him with her handbag and he grabbed it.

Alexander then ran up and knocked him to the ground, causing a severe brain injury as his head struck the pavement.

Brian Altman QC, prosecuting, said: "That did not suffice. There is evidence that the female defendants then began putting the boot into Mr Baynham, who was still prone on his back, clearly unconscious and in distress."

He said the girls were "fuelled by copious amounts of alcohol" and one witness likened the attack to a scene from the film A Clockwork Orange.

"Shocked onlookers saw repeated stamping to his chest and forceful kicks to his head," said Mr Altman.

Mr Baynham was in the first week of a new job as a team leader in border control working for Serco, which was contracted to the Home Office, when he was killed.

He had previously held a number of managerial positions in local government.

The day before the attack, he had phoned his sister Jenny Baynham and told her how much he was enjoying his new role.

She was at his bedside when he died from a brain injury sustained during the assault, together with Mr Baynham's friend George Richardson.

Mr Richardson described the victim as "a perfectly normal man who just happened to be gay".

The court heard that the teenagers who attacked him had been drinking before they set upon him outside South Africa House on September 25 last year.

When Mr Baynham and Mr Brown appeared, Thomas began making homophobic comments.

A scuffle broke out and Alexander, who had been with Thomas's group, ran up and punched the victim to the ground.

Mr Brown said his friend "fell like a corpse", hitting his head on the pavement with a "crunching noise". Blood was pouring from his head.

One witness saw Thomas stamp on his stomach and kick him in the head while saying "dickhead" and "f*** you" while another noticed that she was smiling.

The attackers ran off. In a Facebook chat the next day, Thomas joked about her row with "some c***" who pulled her bag, adding: "Ha, ha, ha."

Sweden prides itself with being “the most equal” country in the world, but it´s all a big scam. Over 5000 men , while only 294 women are serving jailtime( KVV 2009). The Swedish government are jailing men for violence or sex crimes against women and children without any proof at all. One member of the supreme court has stated publicly that “If we can keep the number of innocent that are convicted under 500 a year, we should be happy”. This would mean that over a 1000 men (one fifth) of all imprisoned men are innocently locked up at the moment. In the international statistics of convicted for rape, Sweden is number two, after Lesotho in Africa. Still the feminist state is not content. So now they are proposing a law that would outlaw sex without a written contract. No I am not joking. I wish I was, believe me.

At the same time the custody fights have doubled in the last ten years. Over 7000 children a year are now being forced to experience their parents tearing each other to shreds in the family courts and the fathers are almost always destined to loose. At the same time the authorities totally denies any illegal discrimination. Even though several Swedish district courts (ex Lund, and Jönköping) have been found giving single custody to the mothers in 100 % of all custody fights, they still totally deny any illegal discrimination.

You just have to compare how many complaints that have been made, with the number of times anyone have been convicted. The authority in Sweden that handles this is DO (diskrimineringsombudsmannen).

Many of the men ending up in jail are fathers that tried to stand up for their rights to see their children after a divorce.

Over 300 000 Swedish children now see their father 2 days every two weeks or less. If they are lucky enough to see him at all. People that are trying to protest and speak up about this gross injustice are being harassed and persecuted. Very few people dare anymore.

This is the truth about the “Equal” state of Sweden. But just parts of it. The “victims” lawyer Claes Borgström is a political puppet. He got the former prime minister candidate Mona Sahlin freed from charges of fraud in the 90´s, and after that he became in charge of “JÄMO” former “bureau of equality”.

But when the Swedish government talk about equality they mean feminism. In Sweden these two words are now one and the same. How corrupt Claes Borgström really is was revealed by Swedish journalist Hannes Råstam last year when he made a documentary i two parts about Thomas Quick. Swedens first real “serial killer”. Convicted of 8 murders. It turned out though that he never committed a single one of them. He was just a mentally ill man high on drugs, that happily confessed to everything as long as they kept feeding him his drugs.

Seeing All Men as Predators

When it comes to our kids, men get a pretty bad rap. As a society we talk ad nauseum about racism and other forms of discrimination. But when it comes to men, no one seems to have much to say.

Ms Sprinkle goes on to describe how she needed a babysitter.

there was also this 23-year-old young man who responded to my ad on our neighborhood’s Listserv. He was well spoken and exuded a quiet friendliness over the phone. He was studying to become a paramedic (great to have around in case of emergencies), lived his whole life in the neighborhood, had a mother who owned a local daycare, and worked as a summer camp counselor at the very preschool my daughter was now attending – and got rave reviews from his supervisor there. In his e-mail to me, he said he would be interested in the job if my child was a boy. When I spoke to him on the phone and asked why he’d stipulated the male gender, he openly explained that he understood that many parents felt uncomfortable having a man watch a young girl. Touché. And extra points for sensitivity. I told him I did, indeed, have a 3-year-old daughter. He replied that he had no problem with that. Hmmm, but did I? Well, yeah, I did. Or at least I was learning that I did.

Since he was being so forthright with me, I told him frankly that I liked him best of all and yet still wasn’t sure I could make the leap of letting a man watch my daughter: one who might have to help her wipe, clean her up in case of an accident, who would be alone with her everyday for several hours.

I also told him that I felt really awful about having to feel this way, and that it was such a shame that society forced us to discriminate against kind, competent men as caregivers for our kids.

Nobody forced you to discriminate, Ms Sprinkle, any more than whites were 'forced to discriminate' against blacks in the early twentieth century Deep South. Society does not 'force' a prejudice upon you as if you are merely an empty vessel without moral or critical autonomy.

Yes, I know that statistically a man is far more likely to molest a child than a woman but,

It's statistically more likely to be reported, and statistically more likely to make headlines, I think that's about all we can say regarding that particular can of worms.

I told him I needed to think about it for a day or two.

He very kindly told me he understood and would wait for and respect my decision. Two days later I called him to tell him I was so sorry but I was going with the local mom. Again, he pleasantly told me he completely understood but to feel free to call him if it didn’t work out. I hung up the phone feeling sheepish.

You should feel more then sheepish, Ms Sprinkle. You are a prejudiced human being who judges other people as child molestors for no reason other than their sex. You acted on the very same forces that give rise to racist lynchings and homophobic murders.

Finally, to round out the week, a big brouhaha broke out on my neighborhood’s parent’s Listserv. A number of men playing chess on the stone chess tables inside one of our local playgrounds were given citations by the police. The reasoning? No adults allowed in a children’s playground without a child. (That’s the rule in all city playgrounds.)

Parents online became incensed – most felt the police were doing their job. The men didn’t belong there and a law’s a law.

A law's a law? Separate but equal, right? To draw another parallel to the early twentieth century US, white privilege was upheld through laws being laws. What we learn from those experiences is that it takes brave people to challenge unjust laws, and privileged, moralising chatterers to defend them.

And of course - the police are just doing their job. Adolf Eichmann merely 'did his job' too. Ms Sprinkle apparently believes that, when it comes to the most crucial moral questions of our time, it is best to disdain our critical faculties and perform the tasks we have been allocated.

'The men didn't belong there' - can anyone tell me where we think men do belong? There are women-only spaces that women fought hard for; they simultaneously fought to open up men-only spaces to everyone. The result is that men have nowhere of their own. As Ms Sprinkle herself admits:

I couldn’t help thinking that had it been a group of women playing chess, the police nor the parents would have given it a second thought.

I just know that as a mom who was faced with a tough decision along the gender divide, I can’t help feeling saddened by my well-meaning bias

I am sure that white men too thought it was 'well-meaning bias' when they 'protected' white women by persecuting black men.

Ms Sprinkle is cognizant enough to understand that men are being similarly persecuted, but ultimately doesn't care enough to do a thing to fix this situation; and, it seems, would prefer that it remains this way.

With this kind of anti-male discrimination being so widespread, is it any wonder that so many false accusations against men are made?

On that note, the False Rape Society weighs in:

What is both infuriating and chilling is that Sprinkle doesn't have the first clue how offensive it is ... Sprinkle ended up hiring a woman over the best candidate, solely because the best candidate is male.

After this unpardonable display of misandric pyrotechnics, Sprinkle feigns sensitivity toward the plight of good men ...

I can just hear Sprinkle telling a black person in the 1950s: "It's really awful that I have to feel this way, and it is such a shame society forces us to discriminate against good people like you, but I really don't want my daughter being in the same school as your child."

Sprinkle backs up her unbridled prejudice with an offhand comment that "statistically a man is far more likely to molest a child than a woman," blinking at the fact that the vast majority of child abuse is committed by women, and that a child is more likely to choke on pretzels than to be sexually molested by a man. But of course, we ban men, not pretzels, from our children's lives.

Sprinkle ends her hateful piece with the following attempt to paint her as an enlightened good parent: "I can’t help feeling saddened by my well-meaning bias . . . ."

As one comment under the story astutely pointed out, there is no such thing as "well-meaning bias." It is either bias or it isn't. You can't gussy up bigotry as good parenting by hiding behind the argument "but it's for the kids!"

In an era when we are telling men that they need to unshackle themselves from their masculine stereotypes and spend less time being breadwinners and more time being fathers, somehow Ms. Sprinkle, and a number of women commentators under the story, are perfectly OK with the view that men can't be trusted around children ...

If men are legitimately scary, Ms. Sprinkle, shouldn't we make it a crime for fathers to be alone with their own children? Logically, that has to be the next step, doesn't it?

Frankly, I fear for Ms. Sprinkle's daughter. It's not the new babysitter who is a concern, it's Ms.Sprinkle herself. She can't help but pass on to her daughter a wildly unreasonable fear of almost half the population of planet earth.

Yippee, We’re All Abusers Now!

Domestic violence has been plummeting in recent years. In 1976, the toll of men and women killed by their partners registered 2,944 deaths. Now it’s half that number.

But what comes as good news to American families turns out to be a mixed blessing for the domestic violence industry. After all, the Abuse Mavens don’t want to see their generous paychecks trimmed!

So a few years ago someone ginned up this grand scheme: Let’s exponentially broaden the definition of domestic violence.

And sure enough, the 2005 reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act featured this open-ended definition: “The term ‘domestic violence’ includes felony or misdemeanor crimes of violence.” The law’s artful use of the word “includes” sent a clarion signal to lawmakers throughout the country – an expansive range of conduct could now be considered to constitute abuse.

According to a recent report, “Expanding Definitions of Domestic Violence” (http://www.saveservices.org/downloads/Expanding-Definitions-of-Domestic-Violence ), 63% of states include emotional distress in their statutory definition of domestic violence. That means any person who claims to be “fearful” – no evidence necessary — is entitled to a protective order and the generous cornucopia of bennies that comes with it.

Do you live in California, Delaware, Michigan, Montana, or Virginia? In these states, the mere feeling of “apprehension” of harm qualifies you as an abuse victim. In New Jersey, if your partner interferes with your “well-being,” that counts, as well.

In Illinois, “interference with personal liberty” — whatever that means — makes you a domestic abuser. And the Delaware statute throws in the catch-all “any other conduct” for good measure.

But domestic violence runs rampant and proto-abusers need to be held accountable – or so the domestic violence industry claims — so why not swell our definitions even more?

Now, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, partner violence also includes “Getting annoyed if the victim disagrees” and “Withholding information from the victim.” If that doesn’t suffice, “Disregarding what the victim wants” also counts as a punishable offense.

That’s right guys, if your heart-throb thinks she’s an abuse victim, you’d better get her that pedicure she’s been pestering you about – and fast!

Pro-immigration groups have broadened the playing field even more. The N.O.W. Legal Momentum says “possessiveness” is a sure sign of imminent violence. The Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago counts a person who needs to “walk on eggshells” as an abuse victim. ASISTA posits “what tone of voice was used” is incontrovertible proof, as well.

In an article recently published in Social Science and Medicine, the elastic band of abuse is stretched to even more preposterous lengths. According to “Male Reproductive Control of Women who Have Experienced Intimate Partner Violence,” a man who attempts to sway his wife’s reproductive status is guilty of “reproductive control.”

So wise up, guys. If you ever told a woman you didn’t want her to get an abortion or refused to pay for contraception, you are guilty of “reproductive control.” According to the feminist catechism, that’s a mortal sin, which of course constitutes violence against women.

But these definitions have a built-in limitation: They all require the alleged abuser to commit a specific unlawful act. This can make it difficult to prove your case in a court of law. The solution? Balloon the definition even more!

Go to the website of the federal Office of Violence Against Women. The OVW informs us domestic violence is a “pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain power and control.”

Maintain power and control?

Ladies, if you nag your husband to mow the lawn, that’s power and control. Men, quit telling your wife to not overdraw the ATM – same thing. If you get into a disagreement over the TV remote control, you guessed it, that’s proof of an obsessive need for power and control. That’s a heinous offense, according to Big Sister.

'It's a f****** travesty!' Woman judge's foul-mouthed outburst after being convicted of failing to control her Alsatian

A judge swore and stormed out of court today when she was convicted of failing to control her dangerous dog.

Judge Beatrice Bolton, of Rothbury, Northumberland, strode out when the verdict was announced, branding the decision 'a f****** travesty'.

Bolton, 57, was found guilty by a fellow judge sitting at Carlisle Magistrates' Court of allowing her pet German Shepherd to bite 20-year-old Frederick Becker.

She was heard yelling 'I'll never set foot in a court again' from outside the courtroom.

Bolton was fined £2,500 and ordered to pay £275 compensation to the victim, plus £930 court costs and a £15 surcharge.

Bolton, who was asked by the court usher during the two-day-trial to stop chewing gum, had denied a single charge under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Poor poppet. Still, I wonder how many men have thought exactly the same under her sentencing.

At the end of a long-running case, Keli Lane, 35, was convicted of killing Tegan Lane just two days after the infant was born in 1996.

Mark Tedeschi, QC, the senior crown prosecutor, claimed Lane had killed the child because she feared the baby would dent her "golden girl" reputation and "undoubtedly put a dent in her overriding sporting ambitions." Ms Lane also had "a very active social and sex life" that she wanted to preserve, he said.

Could somebody explain to me how this is different to getting an abortion?

Justice Whealy said he had "great sympathy" for Lane. She will be sentenced on Feb 25.

Would these words ever be uttered by a judge in the case that a man killed his newborn child?

Last week Pirie found herself in the dock at Preston Crown Court, Lancashire, pleading guilty to abducting Reece, her pupil, in May of last year. She will be sentenced in the New Year and could face jail. The charge carries up to seven years in prison and the judge warned her that he regarded the crime as a ‘serious matter’.

As well as the abduction charge, Pirie, now 27, had also been accused of having sex with Reece. Originally, she was charged with five counts of sexual activity with a child.

She always denied the accusations, and they were going to form the basis of a three-week trial. Then, with just days to go to the hearing, the Crown Prosecution Service decided to drop them. New evidence had come to light, they said, that meant there was no realistic prospect of conviction.

Exactly what that evidence was has only been hinted at.

‘The Crown is very concerned in respect of the boy’s previous behaviour, allegations that have been made, and his assertions about the relationship with this young lady,’ said Michael Lavery, prosecuting.

He added that the Crown’s case had relied on the ‘quality and credibility’ of the youngster’s evidence, adding that it would be ‘inappropriate’ to continue with the prosecution.

And so it was decided that Pirie and her pupil would never face one another in court. Instead, she walked away on bail, her mother Margo telling this paper how the ‘false allegations’ had left her daughter ‘distraught’.

Here is where it gets interesting:

But as the Mail discovered this week, it is Pirie’s victim who has endured far greater trauma thanks to the events of the past two years. Now 17, he chose to waive the anonymity afforded by the law so he could voice his anger at the decision to shelve the sex charges.

He believes that had the roles been reversed — had the teacher been male and the underage pupil, female — there would have been a very different outcome.

‘I think it should have gone to trial,’ he said. ‘If it had been the other way round, the sex charges wouldn’t have been dropped, but society sees this in a different way.’

A model who helped fraudsters steal £25,000 from a bank in a bid to pay off part of her student loan was spared jail today.

Elsa Lopes, a 22 year-old undergraduate at the University of Hertfordshire, handed over account details while working part-time at a branch of Natwest.

The customer services adviser photographed security information held on her computer including the signature used to verify cheques.

Lopes, of Victoria Docks, east London, admitted two counts of fraud.

Judge Timothy Pontius sentenced her to ten months imprisonment suspended for two years.

'A prison sentence is unavoidable and I cannot avoid one today. However in the circumstances I am prepared exceptionally to suspend the operation of that sentence.'

Woman 'blackmailed billionaire for £3m by threatening to tell his wife he made her pregnant'

One of the world’s wealthiest property tycoons was blackmailed by a woman who falsely claimed she was pregnant by him and threatened to tell his wife unless he paid her £3million, a court heard.

Fuk Wu, 39, told the billionaire, who owns several acres of prime real estate in London’s West End, that she would go to the press if he did not pay up, it is claimed.

She also told him that she would ask his wife what she should name the baby unless he either paid her in cash or bought her a luxury flat, jurors were told.

Giving evidence at Southwark Crown Court, the alleged victim said that he had never had sexual relations with her.

Note that the man is referred to as 'the alleged victim' throughout.
